Overall, I am very pleased with the company and medication as I have lost 25 pounds. I have not been able to lose any weight for several years until now. I highly recommend this company and the Tirzepatide medication they prescribe. They are fast shipping and easy to work with.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Horrible customer service experience. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody responded to my emails requesting cancellation. I placed an order, then realized shortly thereafter that the shipment would come when we are gone on vacation. I immediately emailed to request cancellation. I placed several phone calls, which were not returned by anyone. I sent several emails to request cancellation, none were returned. I also started the chat with a nurse feature, which they suggest, two times, and was never replied to. Finally today someone emailed me at 2 AM to say the order could not be canceled. At 7 AM I received a shipping notification. Clearly they could have canceled the order since it had not been shipped yet. This is a complete scam!

Great company! Offers discounts for first time purchases and recurring subscriptions. Fast shipping. Customer Service responds quickly and is very helpful.

Poor customer service.

No problem with fast shipping or product but I checked the box that said one time purchase and 3 weeks later, I received an email that another bottle was being sent. Before they shipped it, I contacted them that I didn't want it and they sent it anyway. Customer service was not only very rude but unprofessional and refused to split the cost with me, which would have been a fair compromise.

They always get my B12 injection kit to me on time. I greatly appreciate that very much. But I would like them to include on my receipt how it was paid. Other than that an excellent pharmacy to do business with. Also it would be nice if they could get 3mil--1"---25 ga needle syringes. That's what works for me.

I have been extremely satisfied with the amazing customer service this company provides. Not just sufficient, EXCELLENT! They respond quickly to emails, they actually answer the phone, which shouldn’t be something commented on, but it has to be, due to a seemingly downward spiral of customer service everywhere these days. It’s still surprising to me that this company not only does the standard level of service hoped for, but surpasses that level time after time , making me feel that they actually care about the customer’s satisfaction level. So on an overall rating I’m very happy and intend on staying with them indefinitely,as after reaching my goal weight I will continue on a maintenance dosage. Finally, I have been pleased to get a specific agent repeatedly, and his name is Hussain. This gentleman is top notch, not only being sufficient, but rising above and beyond what is expected when working with any company’s customer service. Company is nice and nice supportive staff...however the medications never worked after 6 month of trying their GLP1 for weight loss...I actually finished the 6th month 2 lbs heaver then when started 6 months prior. Something wasn't working with their compounding process of the meds they sent me unfortunately.

THIS WORKS.

NOTHING was working- Diet, exercise, fasting, OTC- I was extremely nervous about side effects (nausea, diarrhea, etc)- I had no side effects, except a rash at the injection site- It is a SLOW process, but I finally lost over 10 pounds when nothing else was effective- A little pricy ( no insurance) but now I dont need coolsculpt- Belly is almost gone
