This calculator turns your powder mass and purity into an active amount, then derives how much solution volume that mass would occupy at your target mg/ml. Separately, it splits a total liquid batch (ml) into BA, BB and carrier by percentage. Those two ideas are shown side by side so you can see whether your batch size matches the dilution you want — they are not forced to be equal.
Powder volume in oil (displacement) is not modeled here. For a fixed final vial volume with an optional density factor, use the Steroid powder to oil calculator.
High-strength blends (e.g. 500 mg/ml) often need co-solvents such as ethyl oleate in real formulations; this page does not compute EO percentages — only the fields you enter below.
Oil-based estimates only — not for water-based suspensions.
Powder + target mg/ml set how much solution volume you need at that strength. Total oil (ml) is your liquid batch split into BA, BB and carrier — it is not auto-matched to that volume. Powder displacement is not modeled (use the Steroid powder to oil tool for fixed vial size + density).
Scales only the estimated fill volume (e.g. filter loss). Does not change compound mass.
Implied mg/ml uses your total liquid batch only; it ignores powder volume. Compare to your target to see if the batch size matches the dilution you want.
