This tool applies a fixed multiplier table to your wrist circumference (cm): flexed arms ≈ 2.5× wrist, chest ≈ 6.5×, shoulders ≈ 8×, waist ≈ 4.5×. It also shows a separate referenceupper-arm figure (2.7× wrist). These rules come from bodybuilding "Grecian" / symmetry folklore, not a single classical Greek measurement system.
Optional body fat %: if you enter a value under 10%, arms and chest targets are nudged slightly upward in the code. Optional height is collected for possible future use and does not change the numbers today.
Treat the output as a conversation starter about frame size and proportions — not a forecast of drug-free limits, strength, or health.
Wrist circumference drives every target below. Optional body fat %: values under 10% slightly increase arms and chest in the calculation. Optional height is ignored for now (placeholder for a future version).
Circumference-style targets from wrist × fixed ratios — illustrative, not prescriptive.
