What made my experience great was Marion. Be say with me on the phone as I researched on the computer and asked a bunch of questions. This was a 2 day process by the way. I received my product the next day with the supplies required for administering the medication. The dosing on the packaging is a bit to small to ready and the link to show you how to self inject was not working however when I reached out the customer support pern, Clifton, contacted me and walked me throught how to get the assistance needed.

I had a change in medication today and Mike was very thorough with his review of my overall experience today, and since starting with Shed, Rx. Anytime I have had issues they have been tended to within 24 hours and sometimes even less than that.. I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff whether it be the providers or support staff! It’s sometimes a little scary doing a site unseen transaction but I have always felt satisfied with the information provided and response to my questions and/or issues.
