Eden has been a wonderful company to help with my weight loss journey. The support team and doctor response in such a timely manner whenever I have a question or concern. Your delivery arrives when expected and packed accordingly (keeping it cold). I also find the physician involvement comforting, Eden is following your health and ensuring that you are receiving adequate treatment medication which I find reassuring.

Received 1st order with a wrong dose.

Received 1st month order with a wrong dose. Label on the bottle showed 1 ML/100 units but viral in the bottle only 0.24/24 units. Make me question quality of their pharmacies Eden partners with. I asked for a refund since I am no longer comfortable to work with Eden. No refund, only credit. Eden rep also mentioned that it is the pharmacy mistake, not Eden.

If you want to change your formulation there is no way to contact them. Call and you are on hold for over 30 minutes, had to hang up. Their online chat isn't staffed either. Don't know what is going on, but thinking that I will have to go somewhere else.

After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone ANN ACTUALLY ASSISTED ME WELL TODAY AND NOT EVEN BUSINESS HOURS. I GREATLY APPRECIATED IT AND SHE HAD FIXED THE ISSUE.

I asked that my next delivery be delayed because I have a four week supply from my prior provider that I need to use before it becomes outdated. With great customer service, via in-house email, my request was granted in a timely fashion.

Beware!!

- Eden. Pharmacy packed it in a simple white plastic thin bag with one weak ice pack. Then ups lost it briefly and told me they couldn’t guarantee the quality. It finally arrived a day and a half later. I refuse to inject my body with this. Eden doesn’t care. They said they won’t do anything.Even though UPS said to file a claim because it’s covered. This has happened a few times now. BEWARE! This says a lot.

I do not get my orders consistently. I go 2-almost 3 weeks without any meds. And I am confused as to what I am paying for. $250 is that for what the doctor test message. $350 for the product. Or is it a one price deal???
