I have been using Willow for over a year now and the customer service has always been positive, prompt and helpful.

I found Willow through an Instagram ad and gave it a shot. I only had 10 lbs to lose, and since they pitched the medicine as helpful for those who need to lose a little weight like me I thought it would be a good fit. I decided to go with the pill form rather than the injections (needles freak me out) and got started at the beginning dose for a month. I felt no reduction in hunger and lost zero pounds, despite being very careful about what I ate and working out and walking 5 miles daily. Willow upped my dosage for month 2 and still, no change in hunger and no weight loss. It seemed like I was starting to shed hair, which I caught early on and read up that it is a side effect for some people. That's when I decided to close my Willow account and double down on doing it the tried & true method - burning calories and eating less. I give Willow's customer service 5 stars because they were super responsive to any communication I sent through their portal; the doctor would respond almost immediately. Willow hosted live 'ask me anything' zoom meetings with the doctor, which were very engaging and helpful. (I attended 2 meetings) When I closed my account it was quick and easy, and I immediately received an email that it was closed and my payment information had been deleted. I would definitely recommend Willow because if your body does good with the medicine, you'll be very happy!

Life saver.

So far, I have lost 34 pounds in almost 7 months and I recommend this company to everyone who asks how I’ve done it, I use the injections.they have a staff that stays in contact with you and is constantly checking up on your progress, their customer service is phenomenal, and I’ve gotten to watch family members have success with the product as well. For the first time in years, I like the reflection, I see in the mirror, I can run up the stairs, and I’m not exhausted from doing simple tasks. So thankful to this company, for giving me my life back.

I saw absolutely no benefit from taking the pills for over two months, including at the highest dosage they offered. The only option they offered was injections, which they said are more effective. Waste of money for me.

DON’T BUY IT HERE!. I’ve been taking it for food noise and to loose 10lbs. After 3 weeks on it (18 mg su sublingual) I can definitely state it doesn’t work at all. 300$ wasted to eat a mint candy with no efficacy. I still have binge eating and cannot stop at all cause I’m never full. It’s terrible. Better go try another company and look before very clear for reviews!!

Good, honest guidance. The most commendable asspect of their program ist the doctor consultations. The guidance is regular and constructive supported by doctors. I have been a member for 6 months, and yes, I have lost weight but also learned a confidence in managing my meals at home and socially. My lifestyle has improved and its so easy and inclusive.

Gaining weight on sema.

I’ve been using semaglutide from start willow at increasing doses (with accompanying increasing prices) for 5 months and overall have gained 5 pounds. The doctor was very responsive but the only advice was be patient and keep ordering more. I’m not convinced I’m taking actual drug.

Amazing Team.

Willow is really good. I was apprehensive about joining at first, like you are with most diet plans and coaching plans. Willow has been great with their programs. I don't feel pressured unlike my previous subscriptions. I am a vegetarian and they have given me the hope and confidence that I need.

My jaw has dropped by how terrible of an experience I’ve had with Willow. I can not believe what I’m experiencing. They just stopped my medication, refunded me (never saw a charge or refund) and told me they can no longer send me medication. I have been using them for SIX months. Then they said I have no card on file. Yet they’ve been charging it and shipping a months subscription at a time. I have a screenshot of my card ON FILE. They won’t email me back or take care of the situation. So now I have to stop the medication abruptly, even though I’m on the highest dose. They were some generic emails about a bank disputes. My card has PLENTY of money on it and my bank said they’ve not disputed anything whatsoever. Something very fishy is going on here!! I have given them a credit card with 100k limit on it. There is no reason for them to cancel my prescription that is due. Just wow!

I was not informed by their team that the medication concentration had changed. As a result, I injected more than twice the recommended dose and became very ill, ultimately fainting. This led to significant medical bills and a canceled prepaid vacation. For this reason, I would not use this service again or recommend it to others. Medications like this can make you extremely sick when they are not managed by a physician you see in person. There is a reason the FDA does not recommend compounded medications obtained through telehealth clinics.
