⸻ I wanted to share my experience with peptilab.co.uk, as it’s been extremely disappointing. Communication has been very poor — getting a response from them takes far longer than it should, and in some cases, there’s been no reply at all. For a company handling paid orders, you’d expect a basic level of customer service and reliability, but that just hasn’t been the case. It often feels like once they’ve received your money, the urgency to support you or keep you updated disappears. There also seems to be a lack of clarity and confidence around what you’ve actually paid for, which is concerning. When you’re spending your hard-earned money, you need transparency and trust — and unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here. Based on this, I would be very cautious about using them. At the very least, improvements are seriously needed in communication, reliability, and overall customer care.

I bought Retatrutide and I probably made the mistake of purchasing it before reading the reviews. I initially injected 1mg (mixed with bacteriostatic water) and felt nothing. I was even hoping for some side effects so that I was reassured it was working. That’s when I read the reviews and thought this company must be selling duds. A week later, I injected 2mg and found that my food cravings have literally vanished. I find myself thinking “I should be hungry” but I’m just not. Despite eating less I still have loads of energy and I’m hoping this continues. I will buy from here again for sure. Delivery was super quick too

I ordered from PeptiLab before I read the reviews, then I read them and was nervous but wanted to say my experience was great. Products exactly as described, quick shipping and properly packaged. The price point was also the most competitive I came across. No complaints and will be ordering again!

Scam company do not use.
In dispute ordered 2 vials received only 1 in the packaging, they showed me the delivery note, which of course matches my order, but only 1 received in the packaging. Do not use this company unless wants to be ripped off. Now in dispute with my bank to try help.

The peptides I bought don't work..
I purchased Retatrutide for the first time from Reogenix and obtained excellent results. To try and save a little, I decided to try Retatrutide from PeptiLab, and I couldn’t have made a bigger mistake. I used the same amount for both peptides, but PeptiLab’s performed extremely poorly. I bought Retatrutide from PeptiLab twice; the first time I thought I might have been imagining the poor result, but the second purchase left no doubt: it does absolutely nothing. It’s frustrating, as I bought other peptides from this site and now feel that all of them are a scam and that I wasted my money. I do not recommend it.

20 messages back and thought showed proof that my Retatutide came a complete different colour I believe these guys are selling the wrong products and scamming people with not real products and still haven’t received a replacement or a refund terrible service

Buyer beware.
I bought 10ml Retatrutide from this company. It did not work at all for me. I have sent an email to the company this morning informing them about this product, it will be interesting to see what response ( if any ) I get to my complaint . I will keep posting updates on here . If this company is a scam company they need to be outed . If , however, they deal with complaints professionally and in a timely manner then they are to be praised accordingly. Let us see .

Not happy - Peptilab.
Products were great. I got semorlin and had an issue with it took eight weeks to resolved. Now I've bought 12 vials of Redatrutide and it's clumpy when I mix it I've emailed them six times and still haven't had an answer, I'm now I'm off my cycle as I could not get them replaced and refuse to order new ones at 180 dollars each. Very very disappointed I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone, anymore
