I had a frustrating experience with Orderly Meds during what should have been a simple refill process. After completing my check-in, the system repeatedly attempted to charge an outdated card on file, and there was no way for me to update my payment information through the portal. After a week of going back and forth, this morning I spent over an hour on the phone across multiple calls and was told the issue had been escalated, but there was no follow-up. The escalation team continued trying to charge the same declined card without resolving the underlying issue. To their credit, once I pushed for cancellation, the escalation team did process it. However, the lack of a functional billing system and inability to update payment information made it impossible to continue care. This experience ultimately forced me to switch providers, which was disappointing after having started treatment with them. I would recommend improving billing functionality and communication to prevent similar issues for other patients.

I love that they check in every week. If you have questions they are available and I get great information from the support staff. I feel great on the medication. I have lost 16lbs. I have 15lbs to go. It’s the best thing I have done for myself. My daughter is using another company and has no support she just orders her meds every month. She has lost 50lbs in 10 months; however , I love the support.

Customer Service is Amazing!! I’ve been on my medication since last May and I’ve lost 74lbs!! My doctors are all impressed and I’ve been able to come off of blood pressure medication and I have bought all new clothes, I went from a size 22 to an 6-8 petite!! This is truly the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!!

This company has no problem taking my money out of my account immediately but I have not heard from them whatsoever after placing my order. They claim they will reach out to you within 24 hours. This company is a scam. No wonder there is an ongoing lawsuit against them. I work hard for my money and I was anxious to finally begin my weight loss journey so I am devastated to have trusted the wrong company. DO NOT ORDER FROM ORDERLY MEDS.

I just received my first order.
I just received my first order. I started with the extreme low does..25 Of GLP weight loss. I have been on the name brand 3 years ago and lost 30 pounds but Blue Cross stopped covering it- and it ruined everything I accomplished -the weight came back on . My daughter actually told me about this company- she has been on the medication for 6 months and lost 30 pounds. That was how long it took me on ozempic. So the price is comfortable for me since I am on Social Security. Getting the med is about 2 weeks. It comes in a cold pack box- Perfect-Lots of needles and alcohol pads.I m thrilled .. I do not expect any weight loss for the first month- that was how it was on Ozempic. You just have to let the medication settle into your system Expect about 1/2 pound- 1 pound a week later. That is safe weight loss and it does take time. .

Have been using Orderly Meds for my Tirzepatide now for a little over 1 year. My first couple of orders were great, and customer service was also great. I have lost a total of almost 50 lbs. However within the last 6 months the company has totally gone downhill. Ordering became a nightmare, customer service is hit or miss(they never answer calls or texts). In Dec I checked in and placed my order for Tirzepatide 15mg. I received my order, from Casa Pharmacy the bottle was smaller than my pinky finger, and the medication was red. I immediately tried contacting Customer service, but no one answered. I emailed the medical team asking if I had the correct meds since it was so completely different from what I was used to. I was informed that the meds were okay and it's red because it was mix with B12. I told the medical team I never requested B12, but she said unless I am allergic to B12 it's okay. In Feb I did my check in, and my meds came from Smart Rx with no additives. In March and April I did my check in and again received a messages from Casa Pharmacy saying I ordered Tirzepatide 15mg with B6. The medication that is coming from Casa Pharmacy is not working. After finally speaking to a customer care rep today, and expIaining that I have not lost any weight and my food is back I was informed that Orderly no longer has pure Tirzepatide and it's all being mixed with B6 or B12. I was also told that am not the only one that has expressed no weight loss, other patients are experiencing the same issues. I even told the rep this will probably be my last order with them because the medication that is coming from Casa Pharmacy is not working, and she didn't seem concerned. I have now left 3 messages for a supervisor to contact me, and still have not heard back from anyone. I am now out of $300 for a month supply of Tirzepatide that will be watered down from Casa Pharmacy. With that being said I will be switching to a different company going further.

They'll say anything for you to buy.. I am livid. The customer service reps called me many times. I had begun the process online but was hesitant to continue because their site didn't say whether the semaglutide was mixed with B12. I cannot tolerate B12. I told the representative this and was assured my semaglutide would not be mixed with it. It took weeks of back and forth with "doctors" asking for additional information (that I had already provided multiple times such as images of my previous prescriptions) and my meds were finally shipped. Sure enough they have B12 mixed in. When I contacted Orderly I was told none of their meds are "pure" anymore, and no refund. So the customer service people either don't know anything or they say whatever it takes for you to buy.

So I left them a one star review previously because I had issues getting my refills in a timely manner. I decided to try one more time to see how the service was before I tried a different site. I had a totally different experience with a quick refill. I have to give 5 stars for the service, this was a quick easy process and I hope it stays this way going forward.

Ordering was pretty easy but the side effects were significantly worse than other GL1Ps I have used in the past. I went back to the old company I previously used. I cancelled my subscription and didn’t do another sign in for my next shipment. I get daily calls and reminders to check in…… I finally talked with a live person who said my email doesn’t match what they had on file…..I then logged in with my information which also included the email the rep said wasn’t right

The WORST customer service I have EVER….
The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I had issues with my January check in because it wouldn’t save my new card and the existing two were cancelled due to fraud. I didn’t have time to call as the first 3-4 months of the year are extremely busy with work, kids and extra curriculars. I finally got around to calling and asked the agent to help update the card. He did. I asked to have this order cancelled so I could order multiple months at the same time. He put in for the cancellation. The doctor messaged right after we hung up and said they put through the prescription. I immediately responded and asked them to cancel it because they had the wrong vitamin B in it as well and I have an intolerance to it. I also let them know there was already a cancellation in progress. They ended up cancelling the script at the pharmacy and making a new one! AFTER support told me they couldn’t guarantee cancellation once it hits the pharmacy. No one is fully reading my messages and thus the order is probably not going to be cancelled and to no fault of my own. This has been the most ridiculously frustrating 2 days of back and forth and all because customer support won’t fully read messages or notes and neither do the doctors. I requested to cancel my entire membership at this point and will be disputing the charge on my card. Ridiculous to put your customers through this simply because you won’t read a message in it’s entirety.

My first order with Orderly meds was positive. The second order was terrible. The website is not clear on how to increase dosages over several months, so I will be on the same dose for 3 months. I called and there is no way to change it they say. You are paying more for less. What a gimmick. I can longer recommend this company. Customer service is terrible. Also, customer service is AI, a live person will call within 24 hours, it'll be too late to cancel or change your order.

Two major issues with this company.
Update and response to Orderly’s false response: They never have tried to contact me or resolve this. This company does nothing but lie and deceive their patients! I have been told management will call me and they never do. I have email and text proof of everything and still they will not properly address their errors. Two major issues with this company. First issue: I was prescribed semaglutide 4.5mg/ml (6.75MG) 6.75MG/1.5ML in January and that is basically 150 units. The step regimen I was on (6 units for 4 weeks, 11 units for 4 weeks, 22 units for 4 weeks) would calculate to me needing 156 units. That’s also assuming that there wasn't any spill or loss from pulling the medication in the needle for injection (which does happen and why most pharmacies provide a little more in the case of an injectable) . So basically, there was no room for any type of small typical error and left me 6 units short of what I was prescribed. Orderly meds openly admitted to me that they changed the pharmacy they were using (perfection RX) because they aware of the pharmacy regularly shorting people on medications. Second issue: I did my 3 month check in on 4/7/26 in the morning and reported no changes and all was fine. On my current medication. The nurse immediately wrote a new script 4/7/26 at 11PM (when I was asleep and could not realistically get back to them to discuss anything) and stated that they were renewing my current prescription. She wrote that she saw that I was on Semaglutide/B12 1.7mg/1mg/0.5mL. and would be refilling the medication I was currently taking. This is a NOT what I was previously on and a completely different prescription from what I was previously prescribed. The nurse clearly did not read my chart and clearly indicated this in her text by stating she saw what I was on before and then wrote the prescription incorrectly. When I woke up the next morning, I saw that the script was already being processed at the pharmacy at 5:02 am and being delivered next day. I had absolutely no chance of discussing this or alerting orderly meds of their incorrect prescription being written. The first time I ordered they also sent the script to the pharmacy almost immediately without any type of consultation and then it took 3 weeks to get the meds from the pharmacy, and I had to bug them constantly to get my order. I thought it would be the same this time but basically got a 48 hour turn around (which isn’t bad if they actually prescribed the correct medication). Clearly, they immediately send the script to the pharmacy without talking or reviewing it with the patient in order to take the money from the patient and not refund it under their policy of not being able to do anything after the script is sent to the pharmacy. This is clearly a scam to get your money and not be held accountable for any errors that may occur on their end. Furthermore, this is medical negligence to say to a patient that they are prescribing the same medication as previously prescribed when it clearly shows in my chart a completely different prescription. Yes, I know it is just a B12 additive, but my skin breaks out on B12 and they should have inquired with me that the script was being changed and follow-up with me to see if this was ok. Every single doctor I have seen when changing my medications discusses it with me before writing or sending off a prescription. This nurse was clearly rushing through my chart, not paying attention or even reading what I was actually taking and just rubber stamping a cookie cutter prescription and not doing her job. Pure medical negligence. I contacted Orderly meds immediately when I saw the prescription was wrong and prior to even receiving the meds (literally less than 24 hours from the time the script was sent to the pharmacy and the time I contacted them). They acknowledged the error, acknowledged also that on my previous order I was shorted on medication and refused to make things right. They refused to refund me. They refused to send a new correct prescription even after acknowledging the script that was written was wrong. Their reasoning was “once a script is sent to the pharmacy, we cannot make any changes or refunds.” How in the heck can a person even have a chance to contact them if they notice a problem with the script when Orderly meds sends a script instantly to a pharmacy without even waiting for a reply back from their text consultation. And how in the world is it OK to acknowledge you wrote a script incorrectly and refuse a refund or to resend the correct medication. I will be reporting the nurse that made this error to the appropriate licensing agency.

Some of it was my problem with the camera but the multiple text messages saying that I could finish with a new link but I had submitted only to get another request for photo ID. I was just resilient and got through the process thank you the price is better than Lilly Direct.

Shady Practices.
Beware. The person I spoke to told me that the compounded medication can be stable after 1st access for 28 days to 3 months depending on the compounding pharmacy. I have worked in a compounding pharmacy for 20 years. Never has any vial we dispensed, been stable for longer than 28 days. After much research I found information that this can be true if preservatives are added for extended stability. The vial however said to "discard 38 days after first puncture". When called back they argued that that was wrong. The compounding pharmacy labeled the medication wrong? They refused to give out the pharmacy #. Very concerning. I will calling the FDA .

UPDATED: on 3/13 I received a message from the Loyalty Team letting me know that my referral credits had been updated to reflect the actual number of people who used my link. I’m very happy with the outcome of this. ORIGINAL: My experience with the gentleman who was helping me was very good! He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time that I was speaking with him. He did his best to address my concerns. However, the final outcome of the way the referrals work are very discouraging. In the end, I am finding out that the referral links don’t work at all. What is the purpose in having a referral link if after I provide that link to someone they have to call in and offer my name and email to make sure that I get the credit for it? Everything else about Orderly Meds has been great. It’s disheartening that my referral link does not actually give me the $50 off referral even after my friends use the link and receive their order.

You have no access to a medical provider to have virtual calls only communication via text. I texted back and forth 5 times and called them once to stop my order from shipping as a new customer. They shipped it anyway. Now they won’t take it back or refund. They said I had to contact them before it left the pharmacy, which I did! I’m having severe symptoms with b6 and b 12 and they shipped the meds anyway! I should have stayed with my previous company!!!

OrderlyMeds – Buyer Beware.
I ordered a GLP Tirzepatide w/ Glycine and B12 from OrderlyMeds and experienced notable side effects. When I reached out to request a refund due to those side effects, I was told they do not guarantee refunds once medication has been dispensed — and that if I wanted to continue treatment, I would need to place a new order at the current price. There was no consideration for the fact that I had an adverse reaction to their product. No accountability, no flexibility, no real support. If you’re considering ordering from them, make sure you understand that once the product ships, you’re on your own — regardless of how your body responds. I will not be returning as a customer, and I strongly encourage others to do their research before purchasing.

I was very excited to start this tirzeptide journey with Orderly Meds. It took over two weeks to get the meds. I had been taking semiglutide thru someone else. When I got my order I was absolutely shocked to see the small vial that is supposed to be for 3 months. I've never seen such a small vial. I immediately got in contact with them about the fact I was taking semiglutide at high dose and twice a week.was told give it a chance. I'm taken my 3rd shot and nothing at all! Have notified them that my appetite isn't suppressed at all and no side effects. It's just not working. I am now just sent thru this same loop with the same words. Just being looped and I'm unable to get logged in on website since complaining and reaching out to care team. I'm not being heard at all! I feel I have been scammed out of $449. Beware when starting with this company! Th vial is 1/4 of a regular vial I'm used to taking. They've gotten my money and I'm unable to log on and ask for a refund or for this to be corrected. I ordered a 3 month supply of compounded semaglutide through OM after having a prescription through Noom. I lost close to 15 lb in the one month that I used Noom's product. When I switched over to orderly meds the first thing that I noticed upon my first injection was that I had zero side effects I also didn't have any appetite suppression. I increased the dose, and literally no matter how much I increase it there were no side effects and next to zero appetite suppression. I attempted to get a refund based upon the fact that the medication do anything that it was supposed to, their website provided false information about the number of customers who had lost weight and all the pounds that they had lost basically just false advertising. My refund attempt was denied and at the end of the three months I had not lost a single pound. I ended at the same weight that I started. I cannot recommend a product that does not do what it's supposed to. Customer service sucks and the text messages that they send you weekly are annoying as heck. Their doctors recommended that I request a refund they did not give me one. I would not use this company if I were you, there are better options available.

I then found an online pharmacy who asked just the right questions and with that,diagnosed my health plan with advisories and even samples of each ! No one else does that and in a safe environment where there are trustworthy doctors and or medication where we consumers can not be given any treatment without a prescription.

My doctors are all impressed and I’ve been able to come off of blood pressure medication and I have bought all new clothes, I went from a size 22 to an 6-8 petite!! This company has no problem taking my money out of my account immediately but I have not heard from them whatsoever after placing my order. They claim they will reach out to you within 24 hours. This company is a scam. No wonder there is an ongoing lawsuit against them. I just received my first order.
I just received my first order. I started with the extreme low does..25 Of GLP weight loss. I have been on the name brand 3 years ago and lost 30 pounds but Blue Cross stopped covering it- and it ruined everything I accomplished -the weight came back on . My daughter actually told me about this company- she has been on the medication for 6 months and lost 30 pounds. That was how long it took me on ozempic. So the price is comfortable for me since I am on Social Security. Getting the med is about 2 weeks. It comes in a cold pack box- Perfect-Lots of needles and alcohol pads.I m thrilled .. I do not expect any weight loss for the first month- that was how it was on Ozempic. You just have to let the medication settle into your system Expect about 1/2 pound- 1 pound a week later. That is safe weight loss and it does take time. .

Have been using Orderly Meds for my Tirzepatide now for a little over 1 year. My first couple of orders were great, and customer service was also great. I have lost a total of almost 50 lbs. However within the last 6 months the company has totally gone downhill. Ordering became a nightmare, customer service is hit or miss(they never answer calls or texts). In Dec I checked in and placed my order for Tirzepatide 15mg. I received my order, from Casa Pharmacy the bottle was smaller than my pinky finger, and the medication was red. I immediately tried contacting Customer service, but no one answered. I emailed the medical team asking if I had the correct meds since it was so completely different from what I was used to. I was informed that the meds were okay and it's red because it was mix with B12. I told the medical team I never requested B12, but she said unless I am allergic to B12 it's okay. In Feb I did my check in, and my meds came from Smart Rx with no additives. In March and April I did my check in and again received a messages from Casa Pharmacy saying I ordered Tirzepatide 15mg with B6. The medication that is coming from Casa Pharmacy is not working. After finally speaking to a customer care rep today, and expIaining that I have not lost any weight and my food is back I was informed that Orderly no longer has pure Tirzepatide and it's all being mixed with B6 or B12. I was also told that am not the only one that has expressed no weight loss, other patients are experiencing the same issues. I even told the rep this will probably be my last order with them because the medication that is coming from Casa Pharmacy is not working, and she didn't seem concerned. I have now left 3 messages for a supervisor to contact me, and still have not heard back from anyone. I am now out of $300 for a month supply of Tirzepatide that will be watered down from Casa Pharmacy. With that being said I will be switching to a different company going further.

They'll say anything for you to buy.. I am livid. The customer service reps called me many times. I had begun the process online but was hesitant to continue because their site didn't say whether the semaglutide was mixed with B12. I cannot tolerate B12. I told the representative this and was assured my semaglutide would not be mixed with it. It took weeks of back and forth with "doctors" asking for additional information (that I had already provided multiple times such as images of my previous prescriptions) and my meds were finally shipped. Sure enough they have B12 mixed in. When I contacted Orderly I was told none of their meds are "pure" anymore, and no refund. So the customer service people either don't know anything or they say whatever it takes for you to buy.

So I left them a one star review previously because I had issues getting my refills in a timely manner. I decided to try one more time to see how the service was before I tried a different site. I had a totally different experience with a quick refill. I have to give 5 stars for the service, this was a quick easy process and I hope it stays this way going forward.

Ordering was pretty easy but the side effects were significantly worse than other GL1Ps I have used in the past. I went back to the old company I previously used. I cancelled my subscription and didn’t do another sign in for my next shipment. I get daily calls and reminders to check in…… I finally talked with a live person who said my email doesn’t match what they had on file…..I then logged in with my information which also included the email the rep said wasn’t right

The WORST customer service I have EVER….
The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I had issues with my January check in because it wouldn’t save my new card and the existing two were cancelled due to fraud. I didn’t have time to call as the first 3-4 months of the year are extremely busy with work, kids and extra curriculars. I finally got around to calling and asked the agent to help update the card. He did. I asked to have this order cancelled so I could order multiple months at the same time. He put in for the cancellation. The doctor messaged right after we hung up and said they put through the prescription. I immediately responded and asked them to cancel it because they had the wrong vitamin B in it as well and I have an intolerance to it. I also let them know there was already a cancellation in progress. They ended up cancelling the script at the pharmacy and making a new one! AFTER support told me they couldn’t guarantee cancellation once it hits the pharmacy. No one is fully reading my messages and thus the order is probably not going to be cancelled and to no fault of my own. This has been the most ridiculously frustrating 2 days of back and forth and all because customer support won’t fully read messages or notes and neither do the doctors. I requested to cancel my entire membership at this point and will be disputing the charge on my card. Ridiculous to put your customers through this simply because you won’t read a message in it’s entirety.

My first order with Orderly meds was positive. The second order was terrible. The website is not clear on how to increase dosages over several months, so I will be on the same dose for 3 months. I called and there is no way to change it they say. You are paying more for less. What a gimmick. I can longer recommend this company. Customer service is terrible. Also, customer service is AI, a live person will call within 24 hours, it'll be too late to cancel or change your order.

Two major issues with this company.
Update and response to Orderly’s false response: They never have tried to contact me or resolve this. This company does nothing but lie and deceive their patients! I have been told management will call me and they never do. I have email and text proof of everything and still they will not properly address their errors. Two major issues with this company. First issue: I was prescribed semaglutide 4.5mg/ml (6.75MG) 6.75MG/1.5ML in January and that is basically 150 units. The step regimen I was on (6 units for 4 weeks, 11 units for 4 weeks, 22 units for 4 weeks) would calculate to me needing 156 units. That’s also assuming that there wasn't any spill or loss from pulling the medication in the needle for injection (which does happen and why most pharmacies provide a little more in the case of an injectable) . So basically, there was no room for any type of small typical error and left me 6 units short of what I was prescribed. Orderly meds openly admitted to me that they changed the pharmacy they were using (perfection RX) because they aware of the pharmacy regularly shorting people on medications. Second issue: I did my 3 month check in on 4/7/26 in the morning and reported no changes and all was fine. On my current medication. The nurse immediately wrote a new script 4/7/26 at 11PM (when I was asleep and could not realistically get back to them to discuss anything) and stated that they were renewing my current prescription. She wrote that she saw that I was on Semaglutide/B12 1.7mg/1mg/0.5mL. and would be refilling the medication I was currently taking. This is a NOT what I was previously on and a completely different prescription from what I was previously prescribed. The nurse clearly did not read my chart and clearly indicated this in her text by stating she saw what I was on before and then wrote the prescription incorrectly. When I woke up the next morning, I saw that the script was already being processed at the pharmacy at 5:02 am and being delivered next day. I had absolutely no chance of discussing this or alerting orderly meds of their incorrect prescription being written. The first time I ordered they also sent the script to the pharmacy almost immediately without any type of consultation and then it took 3 weeks to get the meds from the pharmacy, and I had to bug them constantly to get my order. I thought it would be the same this time but basically got a 48 hour turn around (which isn’t bad if they actually prescribed the correct medication). Clearly, they immediately send the script to the pharmacy without talking or reviewing it with the patient in order to take the money from the patient and not refund it under their policy of not being able to do anything after the script is sent to the pharmacy. This is clearly a scam to get your money and not be held accountable for any errors that may occur on their end. Furthermore, this is medical negligence to say to a patient that they are prescribing the same medication as previously prescribed when it clearly shows in my chart a completely different prescription. Yes, I know it is just a B12 additive, but my skin breaks out on B12 and they should have inquired with me that the script was being changed and follow-up with me to see if this was ok. Every single doctor I have seen when changing my medications discusses it with me before writing or sending off a prescription. This nurse was clearly rushing through my chart, not paying attention or even reading what I was actually taking and just rubber stamping a cookie cutter prescription and not doing her job. Pure medical negligence. I contacted Orderly meds immediately when I saw the prescription was wrong and prior to even receiving the meds (literally less than 24 hours from the time the script was sent to the pharmacy and the time I contacted them). They acknowledged the error, acknowledged also that on my previous order I was shorted on medication and refused to make things right. They refused to refund me. They refused to send a new correct prescription even after acknowledging the script that was written was wrong. Their reasoning was “once a script is sent to the pharmacy, we cannot make any changes or refunds.” How in the heck can a person even have a chance to contact them if they notice a problem with the script when Orderly meds sends a script instantly to a pharmacy without even waiting for a reply back from their text consultation. And how in the world is it OK to acknowledge you wrote a script incorrectly and refuse a refund or to resend the correct medication. I will be reporting the nurse that made this error to the appropriate licensing agency.

Some of it was my problem with the camera but the multiple text messages saying that I could finish with a new link but I had submitted only to get another request for photo ID. I was just resilient and got through the process thank you the price is better than Lilly Direct.

Shady Practices.
Beware. The person I spoke to told me that the compounded medication can be stable after 1st access for 28 days to 3 months depending on the compounding pharmacy. I have worked in a compounding pharmacy for 20 years. Never has any vial we dispensed, been stable for longer than 28 days. After much research I found information that this can be true if preservatives are added for extended stability. The vial however said to "discard 38 days after first puncture". When called back they argued that that was wrong. The compounding pharmacy labeled the medication wrong? They refused to give out the pharmacy #. Very concerning. I will calling the FDA .

UPDATED: on 3/13 I received a message from the Loyalty Team letting me know that my referral credits had been updated to reflect the actual number of people who used my link. I’m very happy with the outcome of this. ORIGINAL: My experience with the gentleman who was helping me was very good! He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time that I was speaking with him. He did his best to address my concerns. However, the final outcome of the way the referrals work are very discouraging. In the end, I am finding out that the referral links don’t work at all. What is the purpose in having a referral link if after I provide that link to someone they have to call in and offer my name and email to make sure that I get the credit for it? Everything else about Orderly Meds has been great. It’s disheartening that my referral link does not actually give me the $50 off referral even after my friends use the link and receive their order.

You have no access to a medical provider to have virtual calls only communication via text. I texted back and forth 5 times and called them once to stop my order from shipping as a new customer. They shipped it anyway. Now they won’t take it back or refund. They said I had to contact them before it left the pharmacy, which I did! I’m having severe symptoms with b6 and b 12 and they shipped the meds anyway! I should have stayed with my previous company!!!

I ordered a GLP Tirzepatide w/ Glycine and B12 from OrderlyMeds and experienced notable side effects. When I reached out to request a refund due to those side effects, I was told they do not guarantee refunds once medication has been dispensed — and that if I wanted to continue treatment, I would need to place a new order at the current price. There was no consideration for the fact that I had an adverse reaction to their product. No accountability, no flexibility, no real support. If you’re considering ordering from them, make sure you understand that once the product ships, you’re on your own — regardless of how your body responds. I will not be returning as a customer, and I strongly encourage others to do their research before purchasing.

I was very excited to start this tirzeptide journey with Orderly Meds. It took over two weeks to get the meds. I had been taking semiglutide thru someone else. When I got my order I was absolutely shocked to see the small vial that is supposed to be for 3 months. I've never seen such a small vial. I immediately got in contact with them about the fact I was taking semiglutide at high dose and twice a week.was told give it a chance. I'm taken my 3rd shot and nothing at all! Have notified them that my appetite isn't suppressed at all and no side effects. It's just not working. I am now just sent thru this same loop with the same words. Just being looped and I'm unable to get logged in on website since complaining and reaching out to care team. I'm not being heard at all! I feel I have been scammed out of $449. Beware when starting with this company! Th vial is 1/4 of a regular vial I'm used to taking. They've gotten my money and I'm unable to log on and ask for a refund or for this to be corrected. I ordered a 3 month supply of compounded semaglutide through OM after having a prescription through Noom. I lost close to 15 lb in the one month that I used Noom's product. When I switched over to orderly meds the first thing that I noticed upon my first injection was that I had zero side effects I also didn't have any appetite suppression. I increased the dose, and literally no matter how much I increase it there were no side effects and next to zero appetite suppression. I attempted to get a refund based upon the fact that the medication do anything that it was supposed to, their website provided false information about the number of customers who had lost weight and all the pounds that they had lost basically just false advertising. My refund attempt was denied and at the end of the three months I had not lost a single pound. I ended at the same weight that I started. I cannot recommend a product that does not do what it's supposed to. Customer service sucks and the text messages that they send you weekly are annoying as heck. Their doctors recommended that I request a refund they did not give me one. I would not use this company if I were you, there are better options available.

I had a very hard time finding a new physician,as mine moved to another country. I then found an online pharmacy who asked just the right questions and with that,diagnosed my health plan with advisories and even samples of each ! No one else does that and in a safe environment where there are trustworthy doctors and or medication where we consumers can not be given any treatment without a prescription.
