The doctor listens to my concerns and his recommendations are very helpful and important! My BMI just entered into the normal range after years of being obese. NiceRx is the 2nd GLP company I’ve used since July of ‘25. So far I really appreciate their open and quick response to any concern I have. I’m leaving a review because I actually left Nicerx for 1 month but I’m back! I love the customer service quick response and the helpful support they provide. I started in November (2nd wk)and I’m down 10 pounds as of 1/24/2026. 5 pounds a month.

Why is the shipment taken so long to….

Why is the shipment taken so long to come. I spoke to a doctor on December 1,2025, and was told medication will be approved and sent out. I expected the medication within 3/4 days, called again on Thursday: December 4,25, stated, the medication has been processed, I should receive the medication on Saturday, no medication. I called again on Monday, December 8, and was told, it was an isolated incident with the pharmacy, and the medication will be shipped out today or Tuesday. I am pleased with the representative, and decided to change my stars, upon me receiving my medication. I will do an update once I receive my medication on Tuesday.

8 months to lose 50lbs!.

It took a little longer than I expected, but overall, a good experience. Customer service was great. the product definitely curbed my appetite and overeating habits. It did take about 8 months to get to my goal. I did lose 50 lbs with increased exercise. I did go on a daily walking plan and cycling routine. I am going to work on just maintaining where I'm at for a couple of months. Thank You for your help! Robert Gillmer

You won't be disappointed!!!. I have used a handful of different companies when trying to find compounded Semaglutide. Nice RX is by far THE CHEAPEST! They have the best communication, the best customer service and an awesome provider experience. The doctors treat you like a person, not a number. Your care is tailored to YOU! During my consult, the doctor talked to me like it was an old friend. They offer advice and an open-door policy. Compared to other companies, NICE RX IS THE BEST!!!! Many of the sites are difficult to navigate or have just enough info that it sounds shady. There are always hidden fees or ridiculous monthly pricing once the "trial period" is over. They take your money right away but you don't receive shipping and tracking for weeks. If you are serious about your weight loss journey, CHOOSE NICE RX!

Good Customer Service beware of billing.

I received email notification that my request to was received. I am impressed. Future customers be aware of the dose and charge schedule. It is not a clear cut as it is presented… It could end up with you being charged for doses you may not want but because they ship more than 4 doses each time; how can you keep up and monitor it? So be mindful when signing up for the auto plan & charges when canceling. Thankfully I canceled before the first shipment, due to other reasons, but after NiceRx contacted me, I became very confused about the process (dosage & billing changes ) if I wanted to start again.

I discovered after a couple weeks of treatment that the side effects of the medication made it a bad fit for me, but neglected to cancel the service before the next automatic billing cycle. The day I received the notice of the next billing, I reached out to let them know I needed to discontinue, and they refunded the month without me even asking. Stand-up behavior in a world where I'm used to the opposite. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend this company. I was skeptical at first, figured I would give them a try. You pay each month and can cancel if needed. If you are concerned about being nauseated, a prescription filled comes with semaglutide order. I have started my subscription March 14th and have lost 24 pounds so far. I do diet and exercise daily. I am so looking forward to losing more weight. It feels so good. NiceRx answers emails fast. I had advised them I was going on a cruise and would not be home when the next order was scheduled to be delivered. They called me and assisted with getting the order shipped to me before I went on my cruise. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend NiceRx. Update as of March 31, 2026 I lost 65 pounds.
