Hard to cancel so they auto charge you!. Terrible!!! They lock you in a contract and renew automatically charging you. You have to call to cancel and every time you call nobody answers the phone because all operators are busy. Scam company! Go elsewhere

Be very careful signing up to MaxLife.
As a caveat to the review below, Maxlife did contact me after the posting. They have made my cancellation easier, thank you. Be very careful signing up to MaxLife. Without realizing, you are entering into a "membership contract", and they make it very difficult for you to back out of it once you realize that they are billing you repeatedly. One cannot cancel with a simple email communication. They say they'll contact you within 30 days to cancel, and then you have to complete forms etc etc. It seems that once they've got your payment details, they wont let you go. There are other companies that can be used which are more upfront. I would NEVER use MaxLife again. I presume this negative review will not appear on their website, where they report a 4.7 Trustpilot score, along with many stellar reviews

I'm making another post as a retraction from my first post. I was very upset about Max Life's lack of customer service but since, Max's Life has returned my calls and answered all my questions. I feel much better about subscribing to this company and reaching my weight goals.

It's the real thing!!!.
Yes I am writing another review about this wonderful company. I was already on Zepbound for a year through my insurance. But they stopped covering my prescription. I've been with Maxlife for 2 weeks. At first I was worried that it wasn't the same medication that many websites of this type claimed to be. But I can 100% say that Maxlife is the real thing. How I know... This is the funny part. Zepbound used to make me burb alot on the first day of my weekly injections. When I injected myself for the first time with Maxlife. I was burbing nonstop! Lol And all my cravings have stopped like being on Zepbound. I told my doctor to let his patients know about Maxlife. I have made a post on all my social media platforms about Maxlife. For people who can't afford $1000.00 a month. Maxlife is a blessing for us. I can't thank you enough Maxlife!

After having problems with customer….
After having problems with customer service in the past, not responding, I canceled my account. According to their contract, I had to keep them for an additional 30 days. That's fine, I should have been charged and had my medication refilled on the 20th. As of the 25th, I hadn't heard if they had my refill on the way. There is no portal to check on this. I contacted customer service, and the next day I received a reply that the system had deleted my payment method and that they couldn't charge me, so my medication wasn't sent out. Then, like magic, the next day, the system suddenly had all my payment information again. The medication would be sent out, however the 29th is my shot day. I do not have my next shipment of medication. Yesterday, March 31st, I asked for an update on shipping. I still have no answer. Tomorrow is Thursday, so I'm sure I'll miss my shot again this week. This company charges way too much to not get the medication to people on time. This is ridiculous.

Beware! The first 3 months are a good deal, but when it comes to order your second dose, it’s a 200% increase. This was not disclosed and was texted to me right when it was time to reorder. Very scammy and unprofessional. I’ll need to find another company that doesn’t use fraudulent sales tactics.

Horrible customer service. I bought 3 months worth and only received 2. I also had some questions on the dosage. I’ve called 3 times and emailed them. No call back and no email response. I feel like I’ve gotten ripped off. I can’t believe a company would treat their customers this way. Don’t buy from MaxLife!

I have been dealing with this company for a few months everything has been going great customer service was good they sent out my new refill on March the 14th I didn’t think to check both bottles because I didn’t have any issues with my first shipment with this company I went to give my self a injection last Friday when I went to open the prescription bottle that they put the bottles inside. The bottle was empty no medication inside the bottle. I tried to reach out to Max Life. No return call since Friday. I have to say this is terrible customer service.

Love MaxLife! I started 5 plus weeks ago wuth Terzepatide and have lost 18 lbs! I realize some is water weight, but I already feel so much better. I have a ways to go, but I am very excited about my future weight loss. I did have some minor side effects, some nausea initially and some vertigo, and has since passed, which I hear is uncommon, but can be caused from dehydration. So, Hydrate! I bought some good electrolytes to help. Also, some constipation, but that can also be easily remedied with Miralax The process was easy, the CS responses have been timely. It took roughly 6 days to receive my meds. Overall, very happy customer!

MaxLife is the best!.
The staff at MaxLife has gone out of their way to assist me in any and all matters over and over again. I keep wanting to change this and that. They have been extremely patient, kind, and professional. I have lost 30 pounds, I have 20 more to go, but I can’t keep paying their prices. That being said, I would definitely stay with MaxLife if they lowered the costs. If you can afford it, I highly recommend you use this company. They are the best of the best.

Filled out the information, got a welcome email and text. Nothing else. It said 24-48 hours some one would be in contact. Charged my FSA $585. I was contacted by a manager after filling out this review. They claimed they would give me a $100 refund on this supply and move my next charge date from May to June because I still have meds from my old supplier. Supposed to arrive at the end of March. Will update once all of these things are completed.

Great, company, price and service worth it.
I will be using again in the future.. I had to cancel due to a medical issue (unrelated to Maxlife or weight loss) . Maxlife was able to quickly cancel and give me a partial refund, which was above and beyond what was more than expected or required. I would use Maxlife again in the future.

Updated Review from Original: MaxLife responded and fixed all these issues. I spoke with a doctor, got everything figured out and received my medication. Hoping it works smoothly from here on out. Disappointed I had to be so proactive to get a response, but now response time has been excellent. I also appreciate that I was able to video call with the doctor. Not all services offer that. The company is legit and not a scam. Original Review: My card was charged even though I never talked to a medical professional. I was told that they were calling and haven't called yet. It's been over a week and now no one will answer my texts or emails and I'm having my credit card block the charge and reverse it. Total scam.

I looked into getting medication from this company. When I found out how much it was actually going to be, I decided I didn't want it. The problem is that they charged my credit card even though I never spoke to a doctor, never got any medication, and never even follow through with the application. They're liars. These people will hound you through emails and texts. However, they don't respond to text where you tell them you're no longer interested. I responded to the text telling them "I wasn't interested, and that I didn't want my credit card billed." Guess what; they don't respond to those texts. And they billed my credit card! I wish I had a job where I could bill people's credit cards and not do any work. Or offer any services. Except I think that's called theft. 02/18/2026 UPDATE - I'm not really sure how to explain what has happened in the days since I left that review. I was finally able to get in contact with someone, after 2 days. They never did pick up the phone. But, they did get back to me through text. They did reverse the charges. I did also agree to change my review because they seemed genuinely sorry that this has happened. It was some kind of oversight? And I was prepared to give them five stars. But wait for it; .........bright and early this morning I got a phone call from this company, asking me to "please go in and change my review." That didn't sit right with me. I told her I would change it. But not to ever call me again. Geez. I was sick yesterday so did they want me to change the review while I was vomiting? I'm not really sure but I don't appreciate being harassed so I'll change it to a three because of the behavior. What felt like genuine concern really was about making sure people continue to buy their medication. All about the money. I don't want people calling me begging me to change the review that seems like harassment. I strongly suggest that Max life do the following if they want people to continue to by their medication and be happy customers. 1. Have someone staffing the phones, or allow the customer to leave a call back number that keeps them in a queue so that their phone call is returned in a prompt manner. 2. Do not expect to be paid before you offer the service. That's what caused this problem and as I look back at other reviews I'm not the only person this happened to. 3. Reviews are something that you earn. They are not required. And customers should not feel bullied into giving you a good one. Please don't call someone and ask them for a review. It doesn't feel genuine when it comes that way. Furthermore, you are a healthcare program. You dispense medication to care for the health of others. If I can't trust you to guarantee you're going to follow through on the things you say you will in your website, how can I trust you to dispense medication honestly, and safely? How do I know you're actually going to be there if I need you? Well lesson learned, All about the benjamins. Buyer beware!

I was prescribed Terzepatide originally MedVi then MaxLife.
I was prescribed Terzepatide through another company. One that starts with M. It has ZERO ORGANIZATION, ZERO FOLLOW UP, and POOR COORDINATION. I contacted MaxLife and within 30 minutes I had filled out my intake forms and was actually called by a human, and quite a pleasant one. Since I was switching, I understood it might take a bit longer to tie up loose ends. To my delight within 24 hours the process was completed, painlessly and completely. And, I received a phone call to reconfirm my order and info. Wish I had run across MaxLife first. I would be 3 months ahead on my weight loss journey. Thank you.

UPDATE: I finally heard back from one of my attempts to communicate (2 emails and 2 texts). I received a call off one of my texts. I was told they didn't have automated texts or emails, and apologized for my inconvenience. They have been diligent staying in touch via text since. My product will be here in 5-10 days. It comes from thier compounding pharmacy. I am changing my one star to a 4 star. Original one star review - If there was an error, I'll be happy to change my review. I went through the form, and ordered Tirzepatide. Its been two days, I was charged, but no introduction, Welcome, or whats next texts or emails. Nothing. I have texted them and emailed 2 separate email addresses requesting some kind of communication, but nothing. Because of these TrustPilot reviews, the MaxLife site, their Privacy Documents, etc., I felt it was safe to order. If over a hundred people here had a positive experience, what am I missing?

I have written texts regarding the instructions written on the original information and plans for the program. Ma y of the text instructions differed from the pri Ted materials. Your staff was very helpful in expanding the changes regarding dose and units to be administered. Having no side effects as those listed, I wanted to make sure the cha ges directed in recue n t texts were correctas i assumed. Staff was plesant and glad to assure I used derstood the updated dose and procedure. Good job.

I tried to find the best company to get tirzepatide from. I'm a registered nurse and I read the lists of top rated companies and landed up with one after another. I had to get my money refunded after not getting responses from a couple of them. I was told all doses were the same price but after going through all of the steps, they sent me the starting dosage even though I sent them proof of my higher dose from a prior company. Bottom line, the people at MaxLife CARE ABOUT YOU! They mean what they say. I started with them in August 2024. I've lost 60 pounds and kept it off, I'm planning to lose 20 more. They are friendly, caring, accomodating, and HONEST. They always respond to all texts, emails, and phone calls. Go with MaxLife, you'll be really glad you went with the best company.

Very effective and transparent weight loss program.
I started getting semaglutide with MaxLife after it was recommended to me by one of my patients. She came in one day for an office visit and had clearly lost about 30lbs since I last saw her, and when I asked how she did it she told me about MaxLife. It always been leery about online GLP-1 programs because a lot of them have a catch, such as monthly membership fees or only getting the low price that was advertised when you pay 6-12 months up front. But seeing the results firsthand and having someone I personally know tell me about their experience convinced me. They also have a referral program where you and the person who referred you each get $100 off when you sign up. I adjusted to the medication just fine and gradually titrated up to the dose that works for me. I’ve lost about 15 pounds in the last month after not being able to lose weight for years. The process is very streamlined and transparent. The staff are quick to respond to messages and scheduling telehealth visits with your doctor is quick and easy. No fuss, no deceptive marketing, no hidden costs. Medication arrives quickly and in the proper cold packaging. I’m very happy with my experience so far.

I have been on my weight loss journey now for almost a year I am currently taking trizepatide I went from weighing 276 to 185 I have had no side effects except constipation occasionally Max Life has been exceptionally helpful and mindful and always have had my best interest in mind the medication has always been on time my self esteem and confidence has improved and my health is so much better before my Weightloss i was going to have to have knee replacement but now that I weigh significantly less my knee don’t hurt at all wish I could leave pictures because I would thank you Max Life for everything my journey don’t end here

Great customer care.. Amazing experience from beginning to end. The entire process was, simple, smooth and fast. I received the medication very quickly. Out of a few other companies I’ve used in the past, this process was simpler, the shipping was quicker and the medication seemed more effective. I noticed my cravings disappear by the 2nd day, and the symptoms were very mild if any. The customer service and support also exceeded my expectations. From the instructions, to the after care and follow up. They held my hand through the process and made sure I was feeling well and doing ok. I will continue using MaxLife and will also refer everyone to this company as well.

I’ve been with MaxLife for 5 months and have absolutely loved my experience! The doctor and team were so supportive and caring — they really helped me reach my weight loss goals and feel my best. I have been dealing with this company for a few months everything has been going great customer service was good they sent out my new refill on March the 14th I didn’t think to check both bottles because I didn’t have any issues with my first shipment with this company I went to give my self a injection last Friday when I went to open the prescription bottle that they put the bottles inside. The bottle was empty no medication inside the bottle. I tried to reach out to Max Life. No return call since Friday. I have to say this is terrible customer service.

Love MaxLife! I started 5 plus weeks ago wuth Terzepatide and have lost 18 lbs! I realize some is water weight, but I already feel so much better. I have a ways to go, but I am very excited about my future weight loss. I did have some minor side effects, some nausea initially and some vertigo, and has since passed, which I hear is uncommon, but can be caused from dehydration. So, Hydrate! I bought some good electrolytes to help. Also, some constipation, but that can also be easily remedied with Miralax The process was easy, the CS responses have been timely. It took roughly 6 days to receive my meds. Overall, very happy customer!

MaxLife is the best!.
The staff at MaxLife has gone out of their way to assist me in any and all matters over and over again. I keep wanting to change this and that. They have been extremely patient, kind, and professional. I have lost 30 pounds, I have 20 more to go, but I can’t keep paying their prices. That being said, I would definitely stay with MaxLife if they lowered the costs. If you can afford it, I highly recommend you use this company. They are the best of the best.

Took money but no meds, service, or contact.
Filled out the information, got a welcome email and text. Nothing else. It said 24-48 hours some one would be in contact. Charged my FSA $585. I was contacted by a manager after filling out this review. They claimed they would give me a $100 refund on this supply and move my next charge date from May to June because I still have meds from my old supplier. Supposed to arrive at the end of March. Will update once all of these things are completed.

Great, company, price and service worth it.
I will be using again in the future.. I had to cancel due to a medical issue (unrelated to Maxlife or weight loss) . Maxlife was able to quickly cancel and give me a partial refund, which was above and beyond what was more than expected or required. I would use Maxlife again in the future.

Updated Review from Original: MaxLife responded and fixed all these issues. I spoke with a doctor, got everything figured out and received my medication. Hoping it works smoothly from here on out. Disappointed I had to be so proactive to get a response, but now response time has been excellent. I also appreciate that I was able to video call with the doctor. Not all services offer that. The company is legit and not a scam. Original Review: My card was charged even though I never talked to a medical professional. I was told that they were calling and haven't called yet. It's been over a week and now no one will answer my texts or emails and I'm having my credit card block the charge and reverse it. Total scam.

I looked into getting medication from this company. When I found out how much it was actually going to be, I decided I didn't want it. The problem is that they charged my credit card even though I never spoke to a doctor, never got any medication, and never even follow through with the application. They're liars. These people will hound you through emails and texts. However, they don't respond to text where you tell them you're no longer interested. I responded to the text telling them "I wasn't interested, and that I didn't want my credit card billed." Guess what; they don't respond to those texts. And they billed my credit card! I wish I had a job where I could bill people's credit cards and not do any work. Or offer any services. Except I think that's called theft. 02/18/2026 UPDATE - I'm not really sure how to explain what has happened in the days since I left that review. I was finally able to get in contact with someone, after 2 days. They never did pick up the phone. But, they did get back to me through text. They did reverse the charges. I did also agree to change my review because they seemed genuinely sorry that this has happened. It was some kind of oversight? And I was prepared to give them five stars. But wait for it; .........bright and early this morning I got a phone call from this company, asking me to "please go in and change my review." That didn't sit right with me. I told her I would change it. But not to ever call me again. Geez. I was sick yesterday so did they want me to change the review while I was vomiting? I'm not really sure but I don't appreciate being harassed so I'll change it to a three because of the behavior. What felt like genuine concern really was about making sure people continue to buy their medication. All about the money. I don't want people calling me begging me to change the review that seems like harassment. I strongly suggest that Max life do the following if they want people to continue to by their medication and be happy customers. 1. Have someone staffing the phones, or allow the customer to leave a call back number that keeps them in a queue so that their phone call is returned in a prompt manner. 2. Do not expect to be paid before you offer the service. That's what caused this problem and as I look back at other reviews I'm not the only person this happened to. 3. Reviews are something that you earn. They are not required. And customers should not feel bullied into giving you a good one. Please don't call someone and ask them for a review. It doesn't feel genuine when it comes that way. Furthermore, you are a healthcare program. You dispense medication to care for the health of others. If I can't trust you to guarantee you're going to follow through on the things you say you will in your website, how can I trust you to dispense medication honestly, and safely? How do I know you're actually going to be there if I need you? Well lesson learned, All about the benjamins. Buyer beware!

I was prescribed Terzepatide originally MedVi then MaxLife.
I was prescribed Terzepatide through another company. One that starts with M. It has ZERO ORGANIZATION, ZERO FOLLOW UP, and POOR COORDINATION. I contacted MaxLife and within 30 minutes I had filled out my intake forms and was actually called by a human, and quite a pleasant one. Since I was switching, I understood it might take a bit longer to tie up loose ends. To my delight within 24 hours the process was completed, painlessly and completely. And, I received a phone call to reconfirm my order and info. Wish I had run across MaxLife first. I would be 3 months ahead on my weight loss journey. Thank you.

UPDATE: I finally heard back from one of my attempts to communicate (2 emails and 2 texts). I received a call off one of my texts. I was told they didn't have automated texts or emails, and apologized for my inconvenience. They have been diligent staying in touch via text since. My product will be here in 5-10 days. It comes from thier compounding pharmacy. I am changing my one star to a 4 star. Original one star review - If there was an error, I'll be happy to change my review. I went through the form, and ordered Tirzepatide. Its been two days, I was charged, but no introduction, Welcome, or whats next texts or emails. Nothing. I have texted them and emailed 2 separate email addresses requesting some kind of communication, but nothing. Because of these TrustPilot reviews, the MaxLife site, their Privacy Documents, etc., I felt it was safe to order. If over a hundred people here had a positive experience, what am I missing?

I have written texts regarding the instructions written on the original information and plans for the program. Ma y of the text instructions differed from the pri Ted materials. Your staff was very helpful in expanding the changes regarding dose and units to be administered. Having no side effects as those listed, I wanted to make sure the cha ges directed in recue n t texts were correctas i assumed. Staff was plesant and glad to assure I used derstood the updated dose and procedure. Good job.

I tried to find the best company to get tirzepatide from. I'm a registered nurse and I read the lists of top rated companies and landed up with one after another. I had to get my money refunded after not getting responses from a couple of them. I was told all doses were the same price but after going through all of the steps, they sent me the starting dosage even though I sent them proof of my higher dose from a prior company. Bottom line, the people at MaxLife CARE ABOUT YOU! They mean what they say. I started with them in August 2024. I've lost 60 pounds and kept it off, I'm planning to lose 20 more. They are friendly, caring, accomodating, and HONEST. They always respond to all texts, emails, and phone calls. Go with MaxLife, you'll be really glad you went with the best company.

I started getting semaglutide with MaxLife after it was recommended to me by one of my patients. She came in one day for an office visit and had clearly lost about 30lbs since I last saw her, and when I asked how she did it she told me about MaxLife. It always been leery about online GLP-1 programs because a lot of them have a catch, such as monthly membership fees or only getting the low price that was advertised when you pay 6-12 months up front. But seeing the results firsthand and having someone I personally know tell me about their experience convinced me. They also have a referral program where you and the person who referred you each get $100 off when you sign up. I adjusted to the medication just fine and gradually titrated up to the dose that works for me. I’ve lost about 15 pounds in the last month after not being able to lose weight for years. I have been on my weight loss journey now for almost a year I am currently taking trizepatide I went from weighing 276 to 185 I have had no side effects except constipation occasionally Max Life has been exceptionally helpful and mindful and always have had my best interest in mind the medication has always been on time my self esteem and confidence has improved and my health is so much better before my Weightloss i was going to have to have knee replacement but now that I weigh significantly less my knee don’t hurt at all wish I could leave pictures because I would thank you Max Life for everything my journey don’t end here

Great customer care.. Amazing experience from beginning to end. The entire process was, simple, smooth and fast. I received the medication very quickly. Out of a few other companies I’ve used in the past, this process was simpler, the shipping was quicker and the medication seemed more effective. I noticed my cravings disappear by the 2nd day, and the symptoms were very mild if any. The customer service and support also exceeded my expectations. From the instructions, to the after care and follow up. They held my hand through the process and made sure I was feeling well and doing ok. I’ve been with MaxLife for 5 months and have absolutely loved my experience! The doctor and team were so supportive and caring — they really helped me reach my weight loss goals and feel my best. The only reason I’m leaving is because my new insurance now covers my prescriptions, but I’m so grateful for everything MaxLife has done for me. I highly recommend them to anyone starting their journey!
