MaleMD Review: Billing Failure, Account Closure, No Accountability.
My experience with MaleMD was negative and exposed issues in operations, billing, and accountability. The service started well. Onboarding was simple, and the telehealth model was efficient. That changed quickly. A backend error processed multiple prescriptions in one week, resulting in about $1,000 in unintended charges. This was not user error. MaleMD acknowledged the issue, canceled some orders, and issued partial refunds. The resolution was incomplete and required effort to fix. Despite this, MaleMD restricted the account due to a chargeback caused by their own error. When I attempted to continue as a customer, they stated the account was closed and no further action would be taken. This shows a lack of ownership. Instead of resolving the issue and restoring the account, they enforced policy without context. The subscription model is rigid. When issues occur, there is no path to recover, even when the fault is theirs. MaleMD has a strong concept, but execution is unreliable. Billing safeguards, backend stability, and customer support need improvement. I would not use this provider again. There are better alternatives with more reliable service.

MaleMD messed up and they blame me..
MaleMD messed up and sent me several orders of the same prescription. All in all they charged me $1000 worth of prescriptions. It was like a year supply where each bottle would expire in three months so 3/4 of the bottles were unusable. They tried to get me to keep the bottles so they didn’t have to refund me, but I told them that the medication would expire by the time I had a chance to use it. They realized the mistake. They were able to cancel 2 of the 4 orders before I received them. However, one of the orders continued and was delivered. It wasn’t cheap, they charged me. On the side of the bottle it said it would expire by the time I had an opportunity to use it. I called them. They said they would refund me and for me to discard the bottle. After a month no refund. I called back and they gave me an attitude. I disputed it. They eventually agreed to refund the money again. Here I am needing the medicine again and they are refusing to place an order because they said that there was a charge back. The chargeback was entirely due to their issues. No offense, but what a pain in the @$$.

I am never a fan of subscription for products that I don't know may work. They should get rid of automatic renewal unless the customer prefer that plan as an option. I like the option one time purchase, see the results and effect, then continue to buy at will.

I ordered a 3-month supply of medication from them. Nowhere did it say that this was a subscription. I was notified today that they were shipping three more months supply of the medication. I called them. They have refused to help me. I emailed them with no response. I would not purchase from them ever again. If you want customers to subscribe for reoccurring shipments then that should be a clear option. Don't be sneaky and automatically enroll us in reoccurring shipments without our knowledge.

I needed to cancel a peptide subscription immediately after placing my very first order because I found out I couldn’t take it due to allergies. So, I emailed them immediately to cancel which then they told me it was canceled and I wouldn’t be billed. PERFECT!! However they billed my card 3 days later for $500 and I still received the canceled product. I emailed for a refund and they emailed to me “the order was agreed and fulfilled”… wow!!! I am -500 dollars and also with product I can’t take!! There customer support team is a joke and if there was some agreement fine print bs it’s set up in a predatory way you can’t back out.

Great product.
I highly recommend. The follow ups and renewals with the physicians are quick and easy. The delivery is always on time and I've never ran out of medication. I take the medication daily and its like being in my 20's agian. Anytime the situation comes I'm ready to go with no issues. And I've had no side effects.

I've been using MaleMD for about a year now and it's been great. They're really flexible and easy to use. Getting setup with a treatment plan took minutes and my first shipment was placed that day. I highly recommend using them if you're a man looking to level up.

This company will cheat you. I signed up for an as needed service NOT a subscription. They got into my checking account even though I ordered nothing and I emailed them and told them we were done doing business. Months later they got into my checking account AGAIN even though I had ordered nothing, this time for $158. This caused me to be overdrawn at the bank. I had to go in and get overdraft protection removed from my card so this can’t happen again. The company will not give me a refund. I emailed to see if I returned the product unopened would they refund the money they stole, they would not. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They will cheat you.

I have always had great service.
I have always had great service. My product is on time when it comes due to be here. Every is set automatically, prescription refills every 90 days and price is affordable for me. I am retired and on social security so my expenses are important for me. I also can have a conversation with the doctor anytime I have questions. If I have any issues with anything, it is resolved in a prompt time. Male MD is great fur me and what my needs have been. I have been a Male MD so customer for at least 2 years of memory serves me correctly.
