Unfortunately this is the worst experience I have I feel like throw my $400 to Trash. Please look elsewhere before you try them. Not just I have not seen any result the first month I’ve decided to give them another try for the second month maybe I would see result but I missed one week of injection and no supply arrived yet they have been bombarding me with spam that says we are following up on your order but nothing yet. Go somewhere else

I've been with Fridays for 2 months, and it's nothing but problems with them when it comes to refills and customer service. I am on the Microdose Core tirz plan. I pay my dues every month, and submit refill requests to allow enough time for processing before I run out each month. I get reminders to submit the request, via text and email. Okay, thanks for the reminder! Well, guess what? If their system considers your request 'too early', you'll be denied. You ask customer service, "Why am I getting a notice to refill if it's too soon and you're going to deny it"? They say, "We recommend you disable automatic notifications". Okayyyyy...??? I give it a few days, I submit another request, and I'm getting notices that I missed appointments that were never made and told to reschedule. So I contact support, "What gives? I can't miss appointments I never made?"... They'll reply, "There are no scheduled appointments on your account. Your request will be reviewed and filled in a few days. Let us know if you have any issues". The next day, another "you missed your appointment" notice. Fridays is THE WORST, and they provide NO support whatsoever. Looking for alternatives.

Fridays has been very disappointing so far and I regret doing business with them. Medication shows up to my house very warm. Customer Service is terrible. They keep denying my refill request and I have to spend the next week going back-and-forth. It happened with both NAD+ last week & again this week with Tirz Compound. I’m not ordering it too early and I’ve paid for 12 months so there’s no reason why I should have to go through so much just to get the medication sent to me. Working with prior companies in the past the medication’s always come cold and Fridays doesn’t do a good job at making sure it stays cold. One small ice pack is not enough. I feel like I’ve wasted so much time dealing with Fridays daily for 2 weeks. Honestly, feels like somebody’s responding to emails just to say I understand how you’re feeling and I’ll escalate it to the next person and then you gotta wait like two days for a response for another email of I really understand and I’m so sorry. I need action not just multiple emails trying to appease me from somebody with no control to actually do anything. Fridays is definitely not looking for repeat business. After my 12 months are up I am out. Definitely would not recommend.

Buyer be very much aware… I signed up for three months and they don’t send it all at once. On month three I put it for the prescription to be sent and 14 days have gone by with it not being sent and no resolution. Customer service takes days to respond an will just say “we’re looking into it” and then you are stuck in a situation where you have to go off the med suddenly or pay to get it somewhere else. Worst experience ever. Service, customer service and the delivery time is unfathomably ridiculous and unprofessional.

UX needs work.
So far, I haven't had an issue with the medication. It's somewhat effective; the food noise has calmed a bit but I may have to up the dose. The UX in general though needs a lot of work. I constantly get texts saying it's time for me to refill, even when I just processed a refill and it's on auto. The endless barrage of notifications that pop up on the app that you can't click out of make it almost impossible to do anything and just really detracts from the whole experience. The constant different promotions they run also make me wonder if I'm getting the best price, since it never seems to be consistent.

It’s been six days since I signed up with Fridays and I am still waiting for approval on my prescription. I get the same automated response from Support once or twice a day sent from different people and no one answers my questions. All they say is that they are working on it. They’ve taken my money and have yet to provide any product or service. This is delaying significantly, my start in trying to lose weight. I’m completely dissatisfied with this company so far. I can’t get any answers and I have no prescription yet they have my payment. I can’t even get an answer on when I will be given the prescription. And then I still have to wait for the shipment. Extremely poor customer service.

Meds don’t come on time, and no one can tell you anything.
They just blame the pharmacy. My medication is already over a week late. I requested it ove. Medication isn’t delivered on time and no one can help you. They just blame it on their pharmacy, I’m on my second month of Fridays. My second month of medication was due a week ago. I still don’t have it. And they keep telling me a different story every time. I’m also still on a starting dose and was supposed to increase my dose. I still haven’t received it. I’m trying so hard to work with them, but they truly haven’t been able to help me. Meds requested over 2 weeks ago, and still no answers.

I joined Fridays and paid $1400; I received an email asking me to order the third dose. I tried to order, but it was cancelled; this happened four more times. I have called Fridays 4 times and emailed a dozen and the delivery never happened. Now I am out a lot of money; Fridays operates with the care and concern of a cable company

Service not consistent with value.
Pricing and app availability is great, however the app platform is not very intuitive and 9 times out of 10 the chat/support does not have answers. You have to speak call support almost every time. Timing of appointments and reordering of prescription is not timed in synergy so you have to speak to someone pretty much any time you need to re order. The platform for video appointments with the health provider never works on the phone app out online, so the nurse or doctor need to call you or reschedule.

Friday has made no effort to refund my money or check on my health 7 days later. I had bad side effects from taking this medication. I had vomiting, stomach issues and nausea. I could not keep anything down. I cannot take this medication! I have requested a refund for the months I have been charged. I have not received any additional months of medication but I was charged for all 3 months the first month.

Shipping times are ridiculous. Most companies do 1-2 days. Fridays is almost two weeks and they won’t do anything to expedite. I totally regret signing up with Fridays and wish I had chosen any company but Fridays. I’ll be canceling as soon as I get my meds and signing up with another one.

Final update: 14 emails and more than a dozen portal messages sent by them and 4 phone calls initiated by me later, and I am not being charged for the replacement shipment that I never ordered. I still never got a call from anyone on the clinical side of things to speak with them about dosage or what these additives are. I cannot properly explain how frustrating this entire experience has been. Fridays could have resolved my questions in 10 minutes with a call or email BEFORE sending me anything, but instead they chose a bizarre make work runaround of different agents, tickets, teams, and escalations. If your company is too busy to provide effective customer service to new customers, please stop soliciting for them. Update: 8 emails & 3 messages from them promising help later, I have a new “After Visit Summary” in my file from a different provider who never spoke with me, and a new prescription has been shipped-again, with ZERO conversation or request by me. Now they’re trying to charge me for a second shipment that I never requested. I didn’t sign up for a multi-month or recurring subscription in any way. What a nightmare. Here’s my experience: Upon joining (AKA paying), I was immediately asked for pharmacy records to verify my current GLP-1 dosage. I sent the screenshot and got a text that it was sufficient and someone would be in touch. Instead, they prescribed a medication at lower than even the starting dose. I sent a message through the portal as instructed, but I got an automated response that they were experiencing a high volume of help requests. No kidding. I was hopeful that I could clear up the dosage when the provider got in touch with me as promised. Then I read my “Visit Notes Summary” and was surprised to learn that my visit had already happened and that they added extra supplements to the medication that I don’t want. I called Fridays and got a customer service rep who offered zero customer service. I then called the compounding pharmacy who said I had to talk to my provider. I called Fridays Customer Service again, and I got a different rep who said she understood the issue and agreed it was a problem- hopeful again. She told me I needed to upload a different version of my pharmacy record by the end of the day, and she would “escalate” the issue to the clinical team to be fixed before the incorrect medication ships. I went to my pharmacy and waited in line with kids in tow for the requested document and uploaded it by 4 pm EST. I received another message that they had “escalated” my ticket and would be in touch- still hopeful. Throughout the next day I got several more messages from different reps that my case had been “escalated” with promises to be in touch- until I got a notification that the incorrect medication has shipped. I sent another message that I need someone to actually get in touch, but I am no longer hopeful. I am mad that I fell for this scheme to try and save some money instead of sticking with my doctor. I’m thankful that I did not pay for a multi-month subscription. What an absolute miss on their part.

I never completed their form because I didn’t want their meds but they took what information I had given and asked me for a pharmacy in text and by email numerous times. I never responded because I didn’t want their product or prescription. They then went ahead, charged my apple wallet, and sent me something I didn’t order. This company is a scam. Don’t order meds from them.

Good, but could use some improvement.
I love Fridays! However I feel like the customer service could be better. Also, when I’m requesting a refill they always want to call and ask how many doses I have left and I have to confirm before they will proceed to fill my request. And the patient portal could be better with navigation. Other than that, I do love using Fridays and I feel like I will reach my goal soon.

I had high hopes after reading reviews….
I had high hopes after reading reviews but my own experience has not been very positive. The website and app are NOT user friendly and while I think Help staff does try, the turn around time on Help responses are very lengthy and answers are not actually helpful most of the time. I attempted to reach out for a consult, but my “issue” was not included in the pre-set options therefore I had no was to actually get the assistance I needed. I will not be renewing when my current orders are complete.

Not a good company to deal with and they seem to be getting worse and worse. Their communication if any is confusing and multiple agents will contact you and tell you 10 different things. They are also very hard to understand because they outsource to other countries and the very few times I can get a hold of them on the phone their telephone etiquette is terrible. I have been hung up on multiple times or the reception is bad and the call gets dropped. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you like being treated like crap.

Frustrating Experience with Delays, Miscommunication, and No Accountability.
I’ve been using Fridays Health for months now, and what used to be a smooth process has become incredibly frustrating. My refills used to arrive within 2–3 days, but now every month there seems to be a new issue or delay. I paid for my refill on the 10th, and over a week later, I still hadn’t received anything. On top of that, getting a response from customer support is extremely slow or nonexistent. What made this even more frustrating is that when I finally did get a response, I was told that no refill request had been submitted and that I needed to manually request it through the portal. The problem is, I did request a refill through my profile, and the medication was already approved. So being told nothing was submitted just shows a serious lack of accuracy and coordination on their end. When you’re dealing with medication that needs to be taken on a schedule, this kind of miscommunication and delay is unacceptable. It forces patients to adjust their dosing and disrupts treatment unnecessarily. Customer service needs major improvement, better communication, accurate account tracking, and faster response times. Right now, it feels like once they have your payment, you’re left chasing answers with no real support. I really hope they fix these issues, because this level of inconsistency and lack of accountability is not okay. Now I have to file a dispute since they refuse to respond when I mention about refund. Definitely switching after this

I've been using Fridays for over a year and remain as a trusted customer because of the excellent and prompt service!! The communication is outstanding with chat message returns usually within hours. I had to call one time with an issue and it was resolved immediately. Meds are delivered on time and providers are knowledgeable and accessible. I really can't praise this service enough!

Not impressed at all. For my first month my prescription was never filled or shipped. I had to contact them in order for them to escalate the issue. I finally received the prescription nearly two weeks later. For my second month, I received daily emails for nearly 2 weeks stating that I needed to request a refill. I submitted the request for the prescription refill and submitted the required questionnaire. They DENIED the request saying I was requesting medication too soon even though I was 2 days away from completing my 4th injection AND they charged me. I again had to contact them. For some reason, they cancelled my subscription and said they were refunding me. I had to pay AGAIN in order to reactivate my account and get the prescription refilled. Now I’m looking at my bank account. They never refunded the amount they said they were refunding me so I was double charged. This company seems to be more of a headache than it is worth. I will be cancelling and going somewhere else.

I purchased a six month bundle plan. As it turned out, I reached my targeted BMI after the first three months! They offered microdosing, but I was not enthused. Without hesitation, they refunded the unused portion of my payment. I did not even have to ask! I’ve never seen that type of customer service. Usually they are coming up with all types of ways NOT to refund you. So I highly recommend this company to assist you in your weight loss journey!

Terrible customer support service/incorrect medication.
I was supposed to receive level 2 semaglutide w/b12 and they sent me a low dose which did nothing and did not contain b12. I contacted them 3 days after trying it and they stated they would change it for me. After a week my original prescription was deleted from the app and put back. When I called back to see what was going on the representative stated they would change my prescription on the next cycle. Their policy states if the prescription is incorrect they will replace it, but instead they forced me to waste my money. Very unhappy with the service.

I joined Fridays about two months ago, after switching from another company. While the medications are the same, I have found the support (and better price) to be much better! I love how easy the app is to use, and all the resources available to me. I'm down about 6lbs right now and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me!

I ordered from them nad plus it came from a different pharmacy. Rush pharmacy which I never hear of however I thought because they were a telehealth company that they would be trustworthy the NAD plus that they sent to me from Rush pharmacy was dark brown gold. I let them know immediately. They said they would get on it and they made a ticket. Nothing happened for days the following days I continue to contact them sending them numerous of messages. They would just contact me and say they put in a ticket they put in a ticket. They will say the same thing over and over and over they put in a ticket they put in the ticket. I would email them send a message through joint Fridays. Nothing ever happened now I have to dispute it with my bank because they will not replace it. The only time I was able to get anywhere near any kind of resolution was when I contacted the pharmacy however they stated that they’re using some different buffer that is causing it to turn colors that is not a safe product to have NAD plus should not be dark brown or golden brown at all. It should be clear or a light slight faint color. This was extremely dark. This is showing signs of contamination and or it’s been compromised. I’ve shown them pictures. I’ve sent them emails. I sent the messages and they still have done nothing this has been going on for two weeks now and they have my money and have not replaced my NAD plus from a different pharmacy as requested.

This company deserves less than one star. I have never written a negative review in my life, but my experience here has been so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a 3-month supply of GLP-1 medication. I came from another provider where I had already been using semaglutide successfully and had lost 25 pounds, so I am very familiar with how these medications work and how they should feel when effective. Before starting, I clearly explained through their app messaging (since there is no direct access to a knowledgeable professional) that I had already been on a higher dose (100 units) and was no longer feeling the effects. I requested guidance for an appropriate increase and was switched to tirzepatide. After taking the medication, I immediately noticed it was not working. Either the dosage is too low or the product quality is questionable. I communicated this multiple times, but instead of support, I received nothing but runaround responses. Fridays’ customer service is extremely poor: • No access to a real, knowledgeable medical professional • Delayed responses through an ineffective messaging system • Conflicting information and no accountability • Told I must stay on the same ineffective dose for 3 months • Told “there’s nothing they can do” • Forced to wait weeks for an appointment just to discuss dosage Meanwhile, I have an important event coming up, which is why I invested in a 3-month plan in the first place. Instead of support, I’ve experienced stress, wasted time, and now wasted money. To make matters worse, since switching from my previous provider to Fridays, I have actually gained 3 pounds in one week. That is incredibly concerning and reinforces my belief that the dosage is ineffective or the product is subpar. Every time I’m told someone will contact me, I’m redirected back to the same useless app with no real answers. It feels like no one is actually qualified to address even basic questions. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. There is a complete lack of care, professionalism, and medical guidance. I strongly caution anyone considering this company. BEWARE: You may waste your money, receive inadequate dosing, and get little to no real support.

Paid, Received Wrong Meds, No Fix or Refund.
I ordered medication and was sent the wrong prescription. I reached out to support on 4/2 and was told to be patient. I made it clear multiple times that I simply needed the correct medication shipped, especially since my prescription had already been approved — there was no change in protocol that required additional clinical review. After 6 days with no update, I followed up and asked about a refund. That’s when I was told I couldn’t be refunded because I had already had access to their provider. Meanwhile, I was also told not to start the incorrect medication and to wait for an explanation — which still hasn’t come. It has now been 10 days, and I still have: • no correct medication • no reshipment • no clear explanation Once they have your money, communication slows down significantly and getting answers becomes frustrating. I don’t understand why this suddenly requires review from a clinical team when the medication was already approved and supposed to be shipped correctly the first time. Overall, the process has been extremely disappointing. Good luck getting timely answers or resolution once they’ve already been paid.

Quick to schedule an appointment. So many options for my virtual appointment. My provider listened to me. And through good conversation, we decided it was time for a dosage increase. My new prescription was written immediately and available in my dashboard for renewal. I just had to confirm that I wanted my prescription early. Easy!

I had nothing but trouble from this company first the lab results never came back to them but I got them the next day and had to send them to the doctor personally because she wasn't able to get them from customer service then it took forever to get my prescription then when I did it never showed I got one in my portal so once it came time for a refill I had to go through hell to try to get it so I just gave up its to much work for me when im paying such a high rate and not to mention I didnt get all my prescriptions so im taking my business elsewhere

Lack of Support or Acknowledgment.
The first couple of months I was using Fridays, things were great. Since month 2.5-3, things have gone downhill. When things go wrong or I communicate an issue, there is either a delay in communication or a lack of acknowledgment for situations outside of my control. I recently sent a fairly long email explaining my concerns with timestamps and receipts and received no response… Just an update in my app status. Yay solution! But there was no acknowledgement for the issues I’ve been having the past few weeks.

Fridays has been very disappointing so far and I regret doing business with them. Medication shows up to my house very warm. Customer Service is terrible. They keep denying my refill request and I have to spend the next week going back-and-forth. It happened with both NAD+ last week & again this week with Tirz Compound. I’m not ordering it too early and I’ve paid for 12 months so there’s no reason why I should have to go through so much just to get the medication sent to me. Working with prior companies in the past the medication’s always come cold and Fridays doesn’t do a good job at making sure it stays cold. One small ice pack is not enough. I feel like I’ve wasted so much time dealing with Fridays daily for 2 weeks. Honestly, feels like somebody’s responding to emails just to say I understand how you’re feeling and I’ll escalate it to the next person and then you gotta wait like two days for a response for another email of I really understand and I’m so sorry. I need action not just multiple emails trying to appease me from somebody with no control to actually do anything. Fridays is definitely not looking for repeat business. After my 12 months are up I am out. Definitely would not recommend.

Buyer be very much aware… I signed up for three months and they don’t send it all at once. On month three I put it for the prescription to be sent and 14 days have gone by with it not being sent and no resolution. Customer service takes days to respond an will just say “we’re looking into it” and then you are stuck in a situation where you have to go off the med suddenly or pay to get it somewhere else. Worst experience ever. Service, customer service and the delivery time is unfathomably ridiculous and unprofessional.

UX needs work.
So far, I haven't had an issue with the medication. It's somewhat effective; the food noise has calmed a bit but I may have to up the dose. The UX in general though needs a lot of work. I constantly get texts saying it's time for me to refill, even when I just processed a refill and it's on auto. The endless barrage of notifications that pop up on the app that you can't click out of make it almost impossible to do anything and just really detracts from the whole experience. The constant different promotions they run also make me wonder if I'm getting the best price, since it never seems to be consistent.

It’s been six days since I signed up with Fridays and I am still waiting for approval on my prescription. I get the same automated response from Support once or twice a day sent from different people and no one answers my questions. All they say is that they are working on it. They’ve taken my money and have yet to provide any product or service. This is delaying significantly, my start in trying to lose weight. I’m completely dissatisfied with this company so far. I can’t get any answers and I have no prescription yet they have my payment. I can’t even get an answer on when I will be given the prescription. And then I still have to wait for the shipment. Extremely poor customer service.

They just blame the pharmacy. My medication is already over a week late. I requested it ove. Medication isn’t delivered on time and no one can help you. They just blame it on their pharmacy, I’m on my second month of Fridays. My second month of medication was due a week ago. I still don’t have it. And they keep telling me a different story every time. I’m also still on a starting dose and was supposed to increase my dose. I still haven’t received it. I’m trying so hard to work with them, but they truly haven’t been able to help me. Meds requested over 2 weeks ago, and still no answers.

Service not consistent with value.
Pricing and app availability is great, however the app platform is not very intuitive and 9 times out of 10 the chat/support does not have answers. You have to speak call support almost every time. Timing of appointments and reordering of prescription is not timed in synergy so you have to speak to someone pretty much any time you need to re order. The platform for video appointments with the health provider never works on the phone app out online, so the nurse or doctor need to call you or reschedule.

Friday has made no effort to refund my money or check on my health 7 days later. I had bad side effects from taking this medication. I had vomiting, stomach issues and nausea. I could not keep anything down. I cannot take this medication! I have requested a refund for the months I have been charged. I have not received any additional months of medication but I was charged for all 3 months the first month.

Shipping times are ridiculous. Most companies do 1-2 days. Fridays is almost two weeks and they won’t do anything to expedite. I totally regret signing up with Fridays and wish I had chosen any company but Fridays. I’ll be canceling as soon as I get my meds and signing up with another one.

Final update: 14 emails and more than a dozen portal messages sent by them and 4 phone calls initiated by me later, and I am not being charged for the replacement shipment that I never ordered. I still never got a call from anyone on the clinical side of things to speak with them about dosage or what these additives are. I cannot properly explain how frustrating this entire experience has been. Fridays could have resolved my questions in 10 minutes with a call or email BEFORE sending me anything, but instead they chose a bizarre make work runaround of different agents, tickets, teams, and escalations. If your company is too busy to provide effective customer service to new customers, please stop soliciting for them. Update: 8 emails & 3 messages from them promising help later, I have a new “After Visit Summary” in my file from a different provider who never spoke with me, and a new prescription has been shipped-again, with ZERO conversation or request by me. Now they’re trying to charge me for a second shipment that I never requested. I didn’t sign up for a multi-month or recurring subscription in any way. What a nightmare. Here’s my experience: Upon joining (AKA paying), I was immediately asked for pharmacy records to verify my current GLP-1 dosage. I sent the screenshot and got a text that it was sufficient and someone would be in touch. Instead, they prescribed a medication at lower than even the starting dose. I sent a message through the portal as instructed, but I got an automated response that they were experiencing a high volume of help requests. No kidding. I was hopeful that I could clear up the dosage when the provider got in touch with me as promised. Then I read my “Visit Notes Summary” and was surprised to learn that my visit had already happened and that they added extra supplements to the medication that I don’t want. I called Fridays and got a customer service rep who offered zero customer service. I then called the compounding pharmacy who said I had to talk to my provider. I called Fridays Customer Service again, and I got a different rep who said she understood the issue and agreed it was a problem- hopeful again. She told me I needed to upload a different version of my pharmacy record by the end of the day, and she would “escalate” the issue to the clinical team to be fixed before the incorrect medication ships. I went to my pharmacy and waited in line with kids in tow for the requested document and uploaded it by 4 pm EST. I received another message that they had “escalated” my ticket and would be in touch- still hopeful. Throughout the next day I got several more messages from different reps that my case had been “escalated” with promises to be in touch- until I got a notification that the incorrect medication has shipped. I sent another message that I need someone to actually get in touch, but I am no longer hopeful. I am mad that I fell for this scheme to try and save some money instead of sticking with my doctor. I’m thankful that I did not pay for a multi-month subscription. What an absolute miss on their part.

I never completed their form because I didn’t want their meds but they took what information I had given and asked me for a pharmacy in text and by email numerous times. I never responded because I didn’t want their product or prescription. They then went ahead, charged my apple wallet, and sent me something I didn’t order. This company is a scam. Don’t order meds from them.

I love Fridays! However I feel like the customer service could be better. Also, when I’m requesting a refill they always want to call and ask how many doses I have left and I have to confirm before they will proceed to fill my request. And the patient portal could be better with navigation. Other than that, I do love using Fridays and I feel like I will reach my goal soon.

I had high hopes after reading reviews but my own experience has not been very positive. The website and app are NOT user friendly and while I think Help staff does try, the turn around time on Help responses are very lengthy and answers are not actually helpful most of the time. I attempted to reach out for a consult, but my “issue” was not included in the pre-set options therefore I had no was to actually get the assistance I needed. I will not be renewing when my current orders are complete.

Not a good company to deal with and they seem to be getting worse and worse. Their communication if any is confusing and multiple agents will contact you and tell you 10 different things. They are also very hard to understand because they outsource to other countries and the very few times I can get a hold of them on the phone their telephone etiquette is terrible. I have been hung up on multiple times or the reception is bad and the call gets dropped. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you like being treated like crap.

Frustrating Experience with Delays, Miscommunication, and No Accountability.
I’ve been using Fridays Health for months now, and what used to be a smooth process has become incredibly frustrating. My refills used to arrive within 2–3 days, but now every month there seems to be a new issue or delay. I paid for my refill on the 10th, and over a week later, I still hadn’t received anything. On top of that, getting a response from customer support is extremely slow or nonexistent. What made this even more frustrating is that when I finally did get a response, I was told that no refill request had been submitted and that I needed to manually request it through the portal. The problem is, I did request a refill through my profile, and the medication was already approved. So being told nothing was submitted just shows a serious lack of accuracy and coordination on their end. When you’re dealing with medication that needs to be taken on a schedule, this kind of miscommunication and delay is unacceptable. It forces patients to adjust their dosing and disrupts treatment unnecessarily. Customer service needs major improvement, better communication, accurate account tracking, and faster response times. Right now, it feels like once they have your payment, you’re left chasing answers with no real support. I really hope they fix these issues, because this level of inconsistency and lack of accountability is not okay. Now I have to file a dispute since they refuse to respond when I mention about refund. Definitely switching after this

I've been using Fridays for over a year and remain as a trusted customer because of the excellent and prompt service!! The communication is outstanding with chat message returns usually within hours. I had to call one time with an issue and it was resolved immediately. Meds are delivered on time and providers are knowledgeable and accessible. I really can't praise this service enough!

Not impressed at all. For my first month my prescription was never filled or shipped. I had to contact them in order for them to escalate the issue. I finally received the prescription nearly two weeks later. For my second month, I received daily emails for nearly 2 weeks stating that I needed to request a refill. I submitted the request for the prescription refill and submitted the required questionnaire. They DENIED the request saying I was requesting medication too soon even though I was 2 days away from completing my 4th injection AND they charged me. I again had to contact them. For some reason, they cancelled my subscription and said they were refunding me. I had to pay AGAIN in order to reactivate my account and get the prescription refilled. Now I’m looking at my bank account. They never refunded the amount they said they were refunding me so I was double charged. This company seems to be more of a headache than it is worth. I will be cancelling and going somewhere else.

I purchased a six month bundle plan. As it turned out, I reached my targeted BMI after the first three months! They offered microdosing, but I was not enthused. Without hesitation, they refunded the unused portion of my payment. I did not even have to ask! I’ve never seen that type of customer service. Usually they are coming up with all types of ways NOT to refund you. So I highly recommend this company to assist you in your weight loss journey!

Terrible customer support service/incorrect medication.
I was supposed to receive level 2 semaglutide w/b12 and they sent me a low dose which did nothing and did not contain b12. I contacted them 3 days after trying it and they stated they would change it for me. After a week my original prescription was deleted from the app and put back. When I called back to see what was going on the representative stated they would change my prescription on the next cycle. Their policy states if the prescription is incorrect they will replace it, but instead they forced me to waste my money. Very unhappy with the service.

I joined Fridays about two months ago, after switching from another company. While the medications are the same, I have found the support (and better price) to be much better! I love how easy the app is to use, and all the resources available to me. I'm down about 6lbs right now and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me!

I ordered from them nad plus it came from a different pharmacy. Rush pharmacy which I never hear of however I thought because they were a telehealth company that they would be trustworthy the NAD plus that they sent to me from Rush pharmacy was dark brown gold. I let them know immediately. They said they would get on it and they made a ticket. Nothing happened for days the following days I continue to contact them sending them numerous of messages. They would just contact me and say they put in a ticket they put in a ticket. They will say the same thing over and over and over they put in a ticket they put in the ticket. I would email them send a message through joint Fridays. Nothing ever happened now I have to dispute it with my bank because they will not replace it. The only time I was able to get anywhere near any kind of resolution was when I contacted the pharmacy however they stated that they’re using some different buffer that is causing it to turn colors that is not a safe product to have NAD plus should not be dark brown or golden brown at all. It should be clear or a light slight faint color. This was extremely dark. This is showing signs of contamination and or it’s been compromised. I’ve shown them pictures. I’ve sent them emails. I sent the messages and they still have done nothing this has been going on for two weeks now and they have my money and have not replaced my NAD plus from a different pharmacy as requested.

This company deserves less than one star. I have never written a negative review in my life, but my experience here has been so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a 3-month supply of GLP-1 medication. I came from another provider where I had already been using semaglutide successfully and had lost 25 pounds, so I am very familiar with how these medications work and how they should feel when effective. Before starting, I clearly explained through their app messaging (since there is no direct access to a knowledgeable professional) that I had already been on a higher dose (100 units) and was no longer feeling the effects. I requested guidance for an appropriate increase and was switched to tirzepatide. After taking the medication, I immediately noticed it was not working. Either the dosage is too low or the product quality is questionable. I communicated this multiple times, but instead of support, I received nothing but runaround responses. Fridays’ customer service is extremely poor: • No access to a real, knowledgeable medical professional • Delayed responses through an ineffective messaging system • Conflicting information and no accountability • Told I must stay on the same ineffective dose for 3 months • Told “there’s nothing they can do” • Forced to wait weeks for an appointment just to discuss dosage Meanwhile, I have an important event coming up, which is why I invested in a 3-month plan in the first place. Instead of support, I’ve experienced stress, wasted time, and now wasted money. To make matters worse, since switching from my previous provider to Fridays, I have actually gained 3 pounds in one week. That is incredibly concerning and reinforces my belief that the dosage is ineffective or the product is subpar. Every time I’m told someone will contact me, I’m redirected back to the same useless app with no real answers. It feels like no one is actually qualified to address even basic questions. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. There is a complete lack of care, professionalism, and medical guidance. I strongly caution anyone considering this company. BEWARE: You may waste your money, receive inadequate dosing, and get little to no real support.

I ordered medication and was sent the wrong prescription. I reached out to support on 4/2 and was told to be patient. I made it clear multiple times that I simply needed the correct medication shipped, especially since my prescription had already been approved — there was no change in protocol that required additional clinical review. After 6 days with no update, I followed up and asked about a refund. That’s when I was told I couldn’t be refunded because I had already had access to their provider. Meanwhile, I was also told not to start the incorrect medication and to wait for an explanation — which still hasn’t come. It has now been 10 days, and I still have: • no correct medication • no reshipment • no clear explanation Once they have your money, communication slows down significantly and getting answers becomes frustrating. I don’t understand why this suddenly requires review from a clinical team when the medication was already approved and supposed to be shipped correctly the first time. Overall, the process has been extremely disappointing. Good luck getting timely answers or resolution once they’ve already been paid.

Quick to schedule an appointment. So many options for my virtual appointment. My provider listened to me. And through good conversation, we decided it was time for a dosage increase. My new prescription was written immediately and available in my dashboard for renewal. I just had to confirm that I wanted my prescription early. Easy!

Lack of Support or Acknowledgment.
The first couple of months I was using Fridays, things were great. Since month 2.5-3, things have gone downhill. When things go wrong or I communicate an issue, there is either a delay in communication or a lack of acknowledgment for situations outside of my control. I recently sent a fairly long email explaining my concerns with timestamps and receipts and received no response… Just an update in my app status. Yay solution! But there was no acknowledgement for the issues I’ve been having the past few weeks.

Lied and then lied more when I asked about the first situation. Took my money then did not provide service that was promised. Refused to engage for reasonable resolution. Promised they were doing internal review and didn’t even meet the deadlines they promised. Did not refund full amount - took a 50% charge even though the entire thing was due to their misleading statements, in writing; which I provided as proof. Major rip off.
