VERY DISAPPOINTING.
The approval was very fast. Same day and immediately sent to the pharmacy. However, their pharmacy is extremely slow. Not only has it been 24 hours with my prescription just sitting at their pharmacy but I spoke with customer support and I was told that it can take 5 days before they even ship it and another day or two for it to get to me. A whole week and I'm due for my shot in less than 2 days. Smfh. So they just taking people money and the pharmacy just send patients their stuff whenever tf they feel like it?? And it's going to be pass a week if I get my prescription at all because the weekend is in 3 days. By the time I get it I'll be damn near two weeks late taking my damn tirzepatide. They lure you with the sweet deal of $100 off just so that their pharmacy can screw you

I have been using Good life for…6 months.
I have been using Good life for approximately 6 months and have lost 50lbs. The product has always been delivered in well protected containers and at the right temperature. Customer service has always been quick to respond and very helpful with whatever questions or issues i may have. My latest inquiry was handled very professionally and quickly by Bailie. I recommend Good life to everyone looking for an honest and reliable company! My starting weight was 300lbs and have for the first time in probably 26 years have hit 250. Still more to lose but I trust Good life to help me achieve my goal.

I made the mistake of ordering right before vacation without knowing the processing times. Ashlie with customer service quickly helped remedy the situation and put a one time courtesy hold on the order so it would ship the day we get home. So grateful so that it wasn’t sitting outside while we were away and consequently ruined. Thank you Ashlie for accomadating my error!

Effective AI integration made communication simple and seamless. I appreciate how i was transferred to a real person once it was recognized that my inquiry was out of the norm. The live Technician Sarah was fast and was able to solve my problem quickly. The only reason for my 4 star review was that I could not simply make my request to transfer to Tirzepatide from Semaglutide on the app.

I have tried a few different companies….
I have tried a few different companies after multiple poor experiences. I found Good Life Meds and loved the reviews. I have had such a wonderful experience with no side effects. The doctors check in regularly. When I had a small technical issue, it was immediately worked on with technical support. I greatly appreciated my interactions with Bianca because she was knowledgeable, kind and helped me deal with my cyber issues. I'm very pleased with GLM!

Good luck using their glitchy website. I paused my subscription and it apparently glitched out. (Like it does anytime I try to do anything on it) now they are saying it wasn’t paused and won’t do anything to cancel the order that went through. Edit: I was called by a Rose Codner the day after posting my original 1 star review. Rose definitely helped this company earn 2 stars back. Very friendly and solved my issue. I do have an issue with raising the stars any higher than 3 when the website did glitch out anytime I used it during my subscription. However, I am impressed with their customer service response time after this incident.

I was impressed by Good Life meds up until this week. Trying to reorder my injection was shady & untruthful. I was not given the option for the med I was on & had to choose a product to complete the check in. Thinking it would then lead me to the option I needed. Once I made the choice it immediately charged me for a product I didn’t want. Exchanged emails, but never anything with customer service. At one point they had an HR rep email me. Phoned & left a message as well. They shipped the product anyway and now won’t refund or send me the injection I was on. Feel like I was scammed & am very disappointed in their lack of customer service & customer satisfaction. Beware, they are great until they start misleading a customer.

So glad I started using good life meds! I first signed up for B12 mic and skinny shot. Shipment is fast and the customer support team is actually helpful and responds politely! I needed help with a shipment. I had accidentally put on hold and Bianca helped me with that and explained how to pause shipments to avoid being auto charged!

The experience was seamless, easy to follow and understand. I did have a road block along the way to which I then reached to customer service. An agent named Leslie quickly responded and my issue was solved in less than 10 minutes. The process was quick and hassle free. I have been with Good Life for nearly a year. While I find the portal frustrating sometimes, chat team members have always been able to quickly assist. Today I was assisted by Ashlie. I accidentally delayed my next shipment and was unable to get it corrected. I waited less than 2 minutes to chat with Ashlie and she solved my issue immediately. I have recommended Good Life before and will do so again.

Horrible experience! Their patient portal was deceiving causing me to re-order the wrong medication. I called within minutes of placing the order to try to resolve. They wouldn't help in any way. They lost a customer and loss of thousands of dollars in business from me. Horrible company that doesn't care about their customers.

Granted, I'm currently frustrated and should take a minute before writing a review; however, their automated subscription process is infuriating... and watch out for the check-ins, or whatever they call them. Basically, you fill out the questionnaire that you believe is related to the original subscription, and all of a sudden, you have another order for another product on the way that can't be canceled.

I’m sure we all know the feeling of preparing for a fight when you have to contact Customer Support Teams with an issue. Without fail, each and every time I contacted Good Life’s Support Team, I was on edge and my first few messages were a bit curt. Each and every time without fail, they did not let that deter them; they only responded pleasantly and always resolved my (ultimately non-) issues in a few minutes and if not, within the hour. I’m honestly so happy to put my treatment in their hands. I’ve heard horror stories of other places.

I was so hesitant because of the bad reviews but decided to give it a try as a coworker recommended Good life meds. Their customer service has been great so far. I first ordered the wrong medication which was 3 months worth contacted them via email in a matter of two hours i had my refund! I then ordered the correct one and realized my $50 coupon code didn't come off. I immediately direct message them and they stated once my meds were approved and shipped to contact them once againa dn they will refund me thr$50. In less then 24 hours my meds we approved and shipped via FedEx. The came the very next day which was amazing as I was a GPL-1 already and was worried I wasn't going to make my Saturday injection deadline but I did! The meds came packaged very well and cold with everything I needed. I see my own doctor every 3 months so if you don't really need much support and have your own this company so far has been pretty good. This is my first time trying a compounded semaglutide due to cost im hoping it has the same effect as using semaglutide from the actual big box company. I checked this morning and i also had my $50 refund! No chasing them and no issues.

The product I use is definitely high quality and very effective. I love it. Their customer service is STELLAR. Sarah answered me instantly, addressed each question I asked, sent me screenshots with the responses too to show that their end showed that all questions/concerns were resolved. Terrible experience. The dashboard for managing bundled subscriptions is confusing and misleading, and they refused to honor pricing I have in writing and receipts to prove. It created a completely unnecessary headache. I would not recommend it.

My experience with Good Life Meds has been incredibly positive I’m not great at navigating websites so they have always taken care of all my needs and concerns with a live agent my medication comes within 24 to 48 hrs of shipment always packaged incredibly well in cold packing Bianca helped me today she was more than knowledgeable about my concerns and got me set up and ready to continue my weight loss journey I feel great and LOOK GREAT too

Good Life has been such a great company to get my Glp 1 medication from. Everything g has been so easy and quick responding to any questions or help you may need. Bianca was so helpful and kind. I will definitely continue using them!

Frustrated FORMER customer.
Granted, I'm currently frustrated and should take a minute before writing a review; however, their automated subscription process is infuriating... and watch out for the check-ins, or whatever they call them. Basically, you fill out the questionnaire that you believe is related to the original subscription, and all of a sudden, you have another order for another product on the way that can't be canceled.

Customer for Life, Never Leaving GLM!.
I’m sure we all know the feeling of preparing for a fight when you have to contact Customer Support Teams with an issue. Without fail, each and every time I contacted Good Life’s Support Team, I was on edge and my first few messages were a bit curt. Each and every time without fail, they did not let that deter them; they only responded pleasantly and always resolved my (ultimately non-) issues in a few minutes and if not, within the hour. I’m honestly so happy to put my treatment in their hands. I’ve heard horror stories of other places.

I was so hesitant because of the bad reviews but decided to give it a try as a coworker recommended Good life meds. Their customer service has been great so far. I first ordered the wrong medication which was 3 months worth contacted them via email in a matter of two hours i had my refund! I then ordered the correct one and realized my $50 coupon code didn't come off. I immediately direct message them and they stated once my meds were approved and shipped to contact them once againa dn they will refund me thr$50. In less then 24 hours my meds we approved and shipped via FedEx. The came the very next day which was amazing as I was a GPL-1 already and was worried I wasn't going to make my Saturday injection deadline but I did! The meds came packaged very well and cold with everything I needed. I see my own doctor every 3 months so if you don't really need much support and have your own this company so far has been pretty good. This is my first time trying a compounded semaglutide due to cost im hoping it has the same effect as using semaglutide from the actual big box company. I checked this morning and i also had my $50 refund! No chasing them and no issues.

Excellent Product(s) and STELLAR Customer support.
The product I use is definitely high quality and very effective. I love it. Their customer service is STELLAR. Sarah answered me instantly, addressed each question I asked, sent me screenshots with the responses too to show that their end showed that all questions/concerns were resolved. Use this site - they really put the customer first and it’s not AI BS like all the rest. And the products are high quality and always come quickly &/or on time without issue.

Goodlife Meds is the place to come for all of your compound pharmacy needs. Their response time is amazing and prices are more than competitive. Wholeheartedly recommend! Bianca who helped me in the chat was terrific!

Customer service is excellent, fast and responsive. Bianca was especially helpful. Whenever i have an issue they have fixed it so quickly, they must have long hours for the customer support to be open.

Good life meds.
I have been using Goodlife meds for about 1 year. Their are very easy to work with. Product arrives within 1 to 2 days. Today Ashlie helped me change my payment/shipment date. She changed it in less than a minute no questions asked. Great company to work with.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. The dashboard for managing bundled subscriptions is confusing and misleading, and they refused to honor pricing I have in writing and receipts to prove. It created a completely unnecessary headache. I would not recommend it.

Down 25 lb after 3 months on first shipment!.
Super happy with the results after only 3 months.. 25 pounds down!! Needed to pause my refills for a trip out of country, and it was no problem getting help with that.
