When I first contacted Gimme they answered all my questions professionally and when I was unsure of some of their policies they took the time to explain what they were simply so I could understand them. Let me share my experience! I gave Gimme a 5-star rating for my very first order. The process was smooth, and my shipment arrived right on time. The packaging was really good, so overall, I’m quite happy. I placed my first order on April 20, and I got my shipment today, April 28. Some might say that’s eight days, but remember, the company says it takes 5 to 7 business days. Excluding weekends, it was exactly six days for me. Everything went smoothly, and I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews. But my experience has been great.

From start to finish, everything went off without a hitch! I read a lot of the reviews before deciding to go with Gimme, and my conclusion was that most if them either didn't follow directions, or was just impatient, not to say that there weren't some legit complaints, but as easy as my process was I can bet that most of them are what I stated! Highly recommend!

Low price. Doctor is quick to approve the shipment but after its sent to the pharmacy your just left in limbo. 7 business days and counting and still nothing. No pharmacy details exist anywhere in the account-so you cant call to check on the order. No live human to talk to either. I will be going to another provider.

I was previously taking trizepetide….
I was previously taking trizepetide prescribed by my GP and a compound pharmacy filled my script. That experience was fine and working ok. This is much better. The price is more cost effective, the shipping is faster and packed better. There is no monthly membership fee to pay, (which I would not do) and you can chat online and chart your progress. I have recommended Gimme to several people!

Terrible customer service. I was first told 2-5 business days, then 10, and then 20! My order was sent to the pharmacy and never filled much less shipped. I’ve emailed multiple times with different answers but no resolution and no refund, and never a number to speak to an actual person.

It was very easy to get set up. The I submitted my request on a Saturday and by Monday I was approved. It took two weeks for me to get my medication from the pharmacy but once it was shipped out it only took a day for me to receive my medication. It arrived cold with all the supplies I needed

I am very pleased with the personal service I have gotten from the staff at Gimme. They have been very quick to respond to my emails and you get an actual person to correspond with. When my supplies came for 3 months I had more than enough. They make sure you do not run short. There were a lot of options out there to choose from when I made this decision. I am glad I chose Gimme.

STAY AWAY - Gimme.
I ordered and my RX was sent to the pharmacy on 4/17/26. Today is 4/24/26 and my account still shows “sent to pharmacy”. I can’t find info on what pharmacy they use and customer service is strictly “we will get back to you” the real kicker- $100 cancellation fee if you want to cancel your order and go to a legit provider. RUN!!

Shady business practices and misinformation..
I paid for a 3 month supply and after 4 weeks I had to complete a 1 month recheck. At the end of the digital recheck, it asked me to confirm payment information, which I thought was odd because I still had 2 months to go. When checking with their customer service, I was flat out lied to by this company when they told me that I would not get charged after my one month recheck and then I immediately get charged for another 3 months. Since I got charged, I requested my full 2nd three month order that I was charged for, and they only send me half. This company is screwed up, they operate on shady business practices and misinformation. Frustration and lack of confidence is a nice way of saying how I truly feel. I have never felt so let down and been so appalled by a company that I've given so much money to in a little bit of time. They don't even give their customers the courtesy of speaking to someone on the phone. Instead they choose an even more frustrating back and forth via email. Again, terrible customer service and now I will be taking the legal route for getting what I am owed unless they choose to do the right thing and either send me the refill that I am owed or refund me for half of my second order.

Don't waste your time!.
They said my order would be processed sent and shipped within 7 Days of the pharmacy receiving it. After 14 days nothing had been done at their pharmacy. I sent three communications asking for clarification for shipping date and got standard AI responses. I finally told him to cancel and refund my order. Which I have to say they did immediately. So it was a major waste of time to place an order with this company.

I was not sure what to expect as this was my first time using this company or any company for that matter! I found the process very easy and if I had a question Gimme care answered in a timely manner. The only thing negative I would say is in waiting for the pharmacy end as my order was stuck on at the pharmacy forever so I called the pharmacy directly and they told me when they had sent out and I never did get a delivery notice! Meds came packaged very nicely and had everything you need to get started ! Overall very happy!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped and when I reach out to them (by email cause they have no phone) it takes two days to get a response saying “it will ship soon”, but after a week it hasn’t shipped. When I asked for clarification they stopped responding. There are dozens of other places to get these prescriptions, please use one of them. I am disputing the payment with my credit card to get my money back

Super fast shipping and very responsive support team. Once your meds are approved and sent to the pharmacy, they use fedex shipping which only took a day. There was an error in the first vial I was sent. I contacted support, and they were very responsive. It took some back and forth for a day but once the issue was resolved they sent my appropriate vial and I got it in a day.

I had a really positive experience with Gimme Care. When my original shipment arrived, one of the vials was unfortunately broken. I reached out right away with photos, and their support team responded quickly and professionally. They escalated the issue to their pharmacy team and kept me informed throughout the process. Within a short time, they confirmed a replacement and reshipped my order without any hassle. The replacement arrived safely, properly packaged, and in perfect condition. What stood out most to me was how smoothly everything was handled. Their communication was clear, their response time was fast, and they made the situation right without any stress. The first month was a breeze.
The first month was a breeze. I enjoyed the ability to see your options, communicate with the team and place an order. Once your order is placed you can see the timeline and where your order is at which is amazing. However, it is only my second month and I cannot get a quick or clear response as to why my order still hasn’t shipped after 3 days. I eventually received a response from customer service that is both inadequate and unprofessional. What I mean by unprofessional: if I ask why my order still hasn’t shipped the MOST incorrect answer you can provide is: “Your UPS tracking number is X” (I clearly already have that and did not request that information) or, from another agent I got: “processing delays” but no further explanation. THESE ARE NOT ANSWERS or proper professional responses. It’s 2026!!! It shouldn’t be this difficult to get one product shipped and delivered or simply receive a detailed and clear explanation. And if it were related to the mess of funding/budgetary restrictions/weather/social unrest I would be frustrated but I would at least know the reason and wait patiently. This is unbelievably ridiculous. Update 4/24: Received yet another “Im looking into this” but no actual update and my medication still hasn’t shipped. Looks like I will be cancelling.

It has been 10 days since my initial order and accepted payment. I have no medication delivered and no tracking provided, just shows pharmacy received the order. I receive emails stating I have nee messages from chat support but nothing shows up in the chat section of my login page on their account.

I ordered 3 months of medication a week ago. I received an email saying it would take at most 2 days to review my order. I have heard nothing since then. I sent in my drivers license for verification. Messaged the dr, emailed support and have received no responses. Update: Heard back today and script was sent to the pharmacy. Updating to two stars. Will update after i receive it. Update: Still have not received medication. Meds were sent to the pharmacy on the 14th of April. Still nothing.

How on earth does this site have 4.1 stars?!?! They took my $489 out of my account the day after my order, on April 4th, and refuse to let me talk to a live human to resolve the fact that they have never shipped my meds, and just try to placate me with AI auto responses. Run, don’t walk away from Gimme.care for your GLP-1 needs. Mochi and Orderly meds are great to work with. Not Gimme.care!

Overall this works.
Overall this works. I was originally under the impression that the medication was supposed to suppress your appetite so you would eat less and feel full faster. For me, the weeks between 3-6 made me so nauseous it made me just not want to eat at all. If you can get past that point, you’ll be fine. I knew it was a side effect but it was way worse than I expected. Everyone is different of course but for me the constipation and nausea was the worst part. I did lose 20 pounds in the first 6 weeks. Overall I’m happy I did it and will. Continue to keep going now that I’m over the worst of it.

I've had zero response from Gimme after they "apptoved" my prescription. They took my money but have yet to provide any tracking information.

It has been 10 days since my initial….
It has been 10 days since my initial order and accepted payment. I have no medication delivered and no tracking provided, just shows pharmacy received the order. I receive emails stating I have nee messages from chat support but nothing shows up in the chat section of my login page on their account.

So far this has been my most positive….
So far this has been my most positive experience. They will not scam you or try to get you to pay outrageous 1 time visit fees only to try to triple charge you for the doses like hers, and all the other companies do! I’m actually referring to a friend right now because this company genuinely cares about helping people meet their goals afforadablt without hidden costs

I ordered 3 months of medication a week….
I ordered 3 months of medication a week ago. I received an email saying it would take at most 2 days to review my order. I have heard nothing since then. I sent in my drivers license for verification. Messaged the dr, emailed support and have received no responses. Update: Heard back today and script was sent to the pharmacy. Updating to two stars. Will update after i receive it. Update: Still have not received medication. Meds were sent to the pharmacy on the 14th of April. Still nothing.

How on earth does this site have 4.1….
How on earth does this site have 4.1 stars?!?! They took my $489 out of my account the day after my order, on April 4th, and refuse to let me talk to a live human to resolve the fact that they have never shipped my meds, and just try to placate me with AI auto responses. Run, don’t walk away from Gimme.care for your GLP-1 needs. Mochi and Orderly meds are great to work with. Not Gimme.care!

A little bit of a delay.
They need an App. So I ordered my first order on the 3 of April the vial they sent was broken. So I contacted them via their site and email. They ended up overnighting my med to me and I recvd it today. They also gave me a 50 credit for next month. and so it begins

Overall this works.
Overall this works. I was originally under the impression that the medication was supposed to suppress your appetite so you would eat less and feel full faster. For me, the weeks between 3-6 made me so nauseous it made me just not want to eat at all. If you can get past that point, you’ll be fine. I knew it was a side effect but it was way worse than I expected. Everyone is different of course but for me the constipation and nausea was the worst part. I did lose 20 pounds in the first 6 weeks. Overall I’m happy I did it and will. Continue to keep going now that I’m over the worst of it.

I’ve had a good experience overall, only two things that I would say caused confusion at first- dosing (once I reread my instructions I got a better understanding), some provider responses are slow but I also don’t know the interworking process for the providers. Overall, happy with the product
