Tried to register but had to stop halfway through as didn’t have any ID available . Since going back on to the bolt website to continue the process it won’t let me continue . Keeps saying continue registering but just takes me back to the home page .

I thought I’d try Bolt Pharmacy after….

I thought I’d try Bolt Pharmacy after reading good reviews. It’s not drastically losing weight,it’s slow and steady. It stops the food noise that constantly drove me to the fridge. I can’t believe how good I feel. I’m losing inches and pounds without looking saggy in the face.

AVOID - Bolt Pharmacy.

AVOID Switched from my previous provider to bolt and wish I hadn’t bothered. Due to take my medication today and I do not have it. They sent it out but the driver couldn’t deliver due to ‘name not recognised’ which makes no sense. I reached out to bolt immediately who informed me that the package was on the way back to them, however they’ve not resent my item. I’ve emailed countless times and spoke to various staff members who have their own excuses / answers. I’ve asked for a refund so I can switch back to my previous pharmacy and get my medication tomorow. Bolt do not care about patients!! They were well informed that I would miss my dose and there’s been no urgency whatsoever. So upset with the service. Will never use again.

Have been on weight loss injections before. Filled in the questionnaire correctly. As per the government bmi website I am overweight for my height but was denied treatment with no reason provided. Er, why?? I wouldn’t mind if you could provide this reason. Nevermind, will give another company my money.

bolt have taken my money . but no sign of product all i get his send the right documents ive sent the documents time and time again then all i get his scan a bar code i cant scan a bar code i have told them that so of we go again photos id im not so sure there not re selling your id forms as ive had no product no real explanation just waffle after waffle give me a refund or the product

Aside from the fact they made the medication more affordable, the people I had interacted with (mainly by email or whatsapp) have been really nice, quick to answer any kind of concern or query at any time, super helpful even with logistics issue. Never had any hassle with the whole team!

Massive disconnect between contacts.

Process of being assessed and receiving item was very good. But since then it’s been awful. The pen is defective and after contacting them on their What’s App support, who are very responsive, I was given an email for the Medical Team to contact. After 3 emails over a week, I’ve heard nothing, but I’ve been bombarded with after sales emails. There is clearly a huge disconnect between the contacts, which needs sorting asap. I’ve given them until close of business today to either refund or send new items …….. but won’t hold my breath. Very disappointed.
